Worst experience. I guess after this post owner will say that I did not stay in his PG. Pg is decent but the guys cooking are very unhygienic and rude to everyone except some of their Hindi speaking friends. Owner Venkatesh such a pathetic guy. Only when you join the pg he will talk good . Later he will be speaking to us as if we are his servants. He won’t return back the deposit amount. Very rude guy . Does not pay any tax . Only cash payment 😂black money.

Worst owner I was informed 29 days in advance about my vacating the room, but he refused to return my advance, saying that I should have informed him at least one full month earlier. No proper parking even small rain in front of pg u can see the lake Pg is located in very bad place even though he charges more Don’t join there owners attitude is so bad fully money minded

I have stayed in this pg for 1 year. Starting It was good after some times the food they provide was both quantity and quality less🤮 And if we complain to pg owner he will tell all are not complaining and he starts to tell his favorite dialogue " if u complain vacate madi (vacate the pg ) "He doesn't know to maintain properly (when i was staying there our bathroom flesh got repair several times if we complain to him he will ask two days time and after some times he only comes and adjust with the spanner as he is a plumber doesn't do it properly)and about the washing machine 😒 one of the worst thing in the pg if we put clothes for cleaning it makes ur clothes extra dirty.... His wife brother (bavamaridi) doesn't know to solve a problem he makes it total worst then the normal situation..One day the same flesh problem we told him we want it to be ready within a day and he replied that there is no plumber in this area and I replied him I will get some one from out and fix it and u should pay the fee and he told OK but after the plumber come he called this mama (owner of the pg ) and he asked me that did u tell me and I told I told ur brother in law and he was like is he the o

Owner is a cunning guy, pls be aware of him. There will be regular power interruption. There is no safety for valuables of tenant's. If any one is looking for a pg with safety and decent quality of food it's better to remove this one from ur list. Forget abt wifi & Washing machine. Washing machine will make ur clothes more dirty. He will prepare less quantity of food, which will get over by 8.45 after that he won't arrange food fr late commers. If u like non veg after tasting chicken here u will start disliking it✌️. Totally it's waste of money.

I will give less than 1 star for the owner's behaviour. He is too rude. I don't know how these other guys are praising him for his behaviour. He asked for advance and I just asked him to wait till 29th to get the salary to pay him, but he was literally shouting at me. And for stay per day, he is asking 500/- which is more than many hotels with all amenities. These guys are only business minded without any customer management
