I had the most disappointing and frustrating experience at Hotel Sri Sierra. Before booking, I called the hotel directly to check for a discount. They didn’t offer any, but promised me good service. The person on the call confirmed a room for ₹3500 and asked for ₹1000 as advance. However, when I reached the hotel, they suddenly demanded ₹3700 for the same room! On Goibibo, the room with a coupon was available for ₹3563. I didn’t mind the extra ₹150 they charged, but what shocked me was their dishonest behavior and blatant lies. The service is absolutely terrible. Every small task comes with people shamelessly demanding money. The hotel staff and management are rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. There is no sense of hospitality – only corruption and greed. This hotel runs on unethical practices, cheats customers, and treats guests with zero respect. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. There are far better hotels in the same price range where you will be treated honestly and respectfully. Do not waste your money or peace of mind here!

Very poor experience. Washroom was unhygienic, tap was broken, no exhaust fan, and no basic toiletries provided. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable, blanket was torn, and there was no tea/coffee arrangement in the room. Charging ₹4,000 for this level of service is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

We had the misfortune to stay for a night in Hotel Sri Sierra on the night of Dec 12. We occupied two rooms on the second floor paying Rs 3,500 for each, since on our way back to Kerala from Hydrabad, when darkness fell being senior citizens we decided to halt for the night. Hot water was not available in the bathroom even after couple of hours after our check in and we had to have an argument with the front office staff to turn on the central switch of the solar boiler of whatever. No TV channels were available (even the free channels) and another marathon argument had to be conducted for it. Over and above throughout the night very vague loud noises could be heard from the floor above us disturbing our sleep. The worst part was the attitude of the front office staff who were very rude and hostile. This was probably the worst hotel experience in my 70+ years during which I have travelled widely in India and abroad.

The most worst service I have seen. If u order food they take minimum one hour to serve it to ur table. More over no hygiene. They kept a washed plate on my table which i have uploaded, still unwashed stains were there. We 5 of us had visited the hotel, after several reminders they gave glass to drink water. That too they gave only 4 glasses instead of 5. To switch on fan we reminded several time. Lot of mosquitoes etc. food was below average. I recommend more hygiene and good service to be provided by the management.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Checkin was delayed and after checkin there is noodles inside water kettle and glasses were not provided. Beds are of damages and there is weird smell inside the room. Staff doesn’t even know how to maintain the hotel. Pathetic and disgusting behaviour. They dont even know how to run a hotel. Anyone who is looking at this hotel just save your money.

I only chose this hotel because it is close to one of my customer (Titan Eye+), beside that I have only terrible experience. Room- smell terrible. Bed, blankets, pillow are fully covered by sweat marks like they are not washed. Dust everywhere and a lot. Bathroom- all covered by black mold which for a long time exposure case illness. Takes about 10/15 minutes before hot water comes out. Towel are not washed.. probably used by someone. Brushing kit is always open, not sanitized. Breakfast- there are only 3 types of food and since I come here, they never change, plus they ask to pay while eating. Restaurant top floor- food is good but the variety is nothing and also ask to pay while eating. Overall. If you plan to come in this area please stay to another hotel.

Overall high-priced for the given room. Pros: 1. Location was good. 2. Easy to commute. 3. Breakfast was good. Cons: 1. Rooms are not upto the mark. Lot of dust in the window. Water drowning in the bathroom. Also lot of cracks in the wall. 2. No Toiletries, only 1 bar soap provided. 3. No drinking water in the rooms. Only 1 towel provided for 2 person stay. 4. Non veg restaurant is not good. Biriyani was awkward. Finally, not satisfied.

Room is ok but other services are very pathetic. We have taken food services included in our room tarrif . The hotel charged from us with heafty amount however no quality food and services given to us. Mr sharma is GM of the hotel however you see him most of the times chew gutka , staff is very less in the hotel you have to wait too much for any room service. Hotel is more concern about taking room rent from you we have stayed more than 15 days they always ask for money to be deposited, very pathetic experience we had,

Worst service for the price (₹.8500/2 rooms) being charged. No hot water, TV channels are not recharged, bath rooms sink is frequently getting blocked, poor response from front desk staff though it says 24 h help from reception. Hair dryer was not working, bed sheets and beds are smelly, no Tea cups kept, foot rest mat was not there, need to ask and get. Even after complaining several times, hot water issue was left unattended , running one heat pump for two floors, its just Luke warm water, which they say hot water! Though they said, TV channel recharged, even till check out it did not work. After calling General manager, Mr Shine, only false assurance, things didn't improve, which shows their level of commitment for service to the guest. I booked two rooms through Agoda, again while check-in they charged 1500 extra for additional 2 pax..but its just waste of money for the poor service. But food at restaurant Dakshin SWAD was good and staff were cordial. I asked the contact number of owner/MD but GM was not ready to share, hope this review reaches him. The worst experience i ever had. The staff are so rude that they don't have the basic morals to speak to customers. Very very rude. My time was wasted. Never even visit this hotel. Save your money by going to somewhere else. I genuinely hated this place. Too overpriced as well. The receptionists are so ill mannered and they are so arrogant while speaking. I really want this place to close!
