Cons: Compare to other PG Advance is more and they will tell at the time of admission that they will return at the time of leaving but don’t believe this at all. When leaving they will give many excuses and won’t return the amount.

This PG offers only 2-bed sharing rooms. At present, the balcony-facing rooms are priced at ₹10,500, while the non-balcony rooms are available for ₹9,500. The food here is definitely one of the better aspects — compared to other PGs I’ve experienced, the quality and taste are more reliable and enjoyable. In terms of facilities, the rooms are decent and provide the basic essentials you would expect from a PG. Having a balcony is a nice addition if you don’t mind paying the higher price, as it gives the room more ventilation and a bit of openness. The non-balcony rooms, while more affordable, can feel a little compact in comparison. One drawback, however, is the management. The manager isn’t particularly helpful or approachable, which can sometimes make even small issues feel harder to resolve. While the living experience itself is fairly comfortable, the lack of supportive management may be a downside for some residents. Overall, this PG is a reasonable option if your priorities are good food and decent rooms, but don’t expect much in terms of assistance from the management side.

Pros : 1) Great food. Very good facilities. 2) One of the better PG’s in manyata. Cons : 1) Took one month to get advance back after leaving the PG. 2) Single sharing is not worth the rent you pay. Lot of noise from generator and lift. 3) No ventilation in room. 4) Generator is there but router has no power backup, so can’t work from home.
