Hotel is on fish market road and has a chicken shop in ground floor. Place is infested with mosquitoes. Staff is reluctant to even help with luggage(probably drunk not sure)nor with the change or upgrade of the room as the room offered room was small. When asked for a mosquito repellent they answered reluctanty. Manager was good and helped with the upgrade and also mosquito repellent. Ample parking space but no lights during night. They say toiletries and just give one small soap only. Better to avoid the hotel. Room was just ok. Towels were dirty.

Horrible experience here. 1. Ordered tea they send idli sambaar 2. Asked them wifi password they told no range in room 3. Asked then to get me one specific channel which i will pay also, they told it's Sunday we can't do it 4. Went to reception to check personally as over phone people were rude, person called Praveen was very very rude But i had booked via makemytrip so they tried their best to help me so kudos to them also to anyone reading this never visit this hotel its not international its pakka local(hence next to a fish market literally)

Last week we stayed in this hotel. Very good parking space,rooms are big and kept clean and hygenic. Spacies windows. Good room service and the management people are very polite and very friendly relationship with the customers.

Please don't go there..It looked good at first but as soon as I booked room the AC wasn't operating I had to call them many times. Management is the worst..I asked them mosquito liquid as there were many mosquito and the answer was we don't provide this facility here...The management also was angry when I called them regarding these conditions...There are better hotels which provide good services here in Kundapura with same amount...You will be doomed and booking this hotel would be your worst nightmare...

maintenance was not good and poor service., stay was nice but it was more like staying in friends place than at a paid stay there were spider webs in ceiling and a lizard, bee hive near washrooms window not maintained like proper serviced apartment., the place was good but it would have been better if they maintained it properly they didn’t provide any toiletries we had a lot of luggage, at night 1AM and very tiered due to travel, the servant didn’t help us with the baggage even after requesting him for help
