“Very worst experience. Booked for an AC room and I was alloted a non AC room. When I enquired about this, receptionist told that none of the ACs in the hotel is working for the past 2 months. The situation in the room was another joke. Both TV and Fan had the same plug. Either of the one works at a time. When asked, the manager responded that mulitipins from rooms have gone missing when other guests come, so they have stopped giving it seems. And the way they deal with guest are very bad and rude. They dont even give value tonthe money we pay.”

“Worst room and service too , room were smells like gutter and no water was in tap as well as in toilet .. no one on reception to assist, also they charged 800 rs extra for luggage ..”

Mary Gurung★★★★★Very disappointed stay,the manager ask us to wait while the room was being cleaned.bit the washroom was still very dirty the room was dusty and there were bedbugs so we couldn't sleep whole night,There was also no room ,the AC was not available and even after requesting twice they didn't provide Tv remote, it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant fresherner.I wouldn't recommend this place as it was only be a waste of money.
