“DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - After reading many positive reviews, I booked 3 days in advance for my colleague and paid the full amount before checking in(Booking id: 66M0AB). I informed the fabhotel customer support that he would be arriving late. My colleague arrived at the hotel at 11 PM only to learn that all rooms were booked and no payment had been received. The hotel authorities treated us rudely, and they didn't even listen to us. We tried contacting Fab Hotel customer service, but they did not respond. A few hours later, we stayed at a nearby hotel. As of yet, we have not heard back from fabhotel customer support about the refund.”

At 10pm in my room there are lot of BED BUGS which are in large number with huge sizes. They are sucking my blood and not able to stay there. When i contacted reception people, they are not responding in proper way. This manner is not at all accepted. A lot of BEDBUGS Worst hotel Worst maintenance No proper response Harsh manner of treatment with people. I recommend not to stay in this hotel.

While vacating they made me pay extra coz I checked out after 11AM, which I am fine with but he refused to share me the bill and didn't even give me an explanation as to why he can't share the invoice. They make ask u to pay the entire amount when u check in and while vacating they pulled this act. Worst experience ever.

Literally litter everywhere lying around. Isn’t it a basic courtesy to keep the corridor clean ? 2. Pathetic breakfast. 3. We were given a room , which when opened all we could smell is cigarettes. Immediately we requested for another room and they also accommodated the same. The only pro was room size is bigger. Dirty floors, untidy washrooms with flush not working. Just pathetic. All in all , it turned out to be a total disappointment even after reading so many reviews ! They should definitely improve in the cleanliness.

We checked in at early morning 2am with 2 small kids sleeping .the lift was not working and we had to climb 4 floors with bags n kids at early morning 2am ... The toilet was dirty and n insects were flying around... The bed sheet had some fine powder which was stuck in my kids hair... Food was like college hostel mess .... Totally horrible experience...won't go back...

No 24 hrs check in and check out. If you come night then also u need to vacate by next day 11 am. Cheating is going on no customer satisfaction or good service. Prices are too high but basic facility like TV, coffee station, room cleaning also not given. 10 times atleast we requested for TV but recharge not been done so basic free channels also not coming. No daily cleaning. I won't recommend to anyone to this hotel. Many other hotels are nearby go them and save ur money and get good experience. Don't come to Rotano Grand Maratthali hotel.

Shreyansh Chopra★★★★★The pathetic experience I ever had in my life. The receptionist asked me for prior payment before checkout, which was two days later from today i.e 22nd April. Prior to that he asked me for one day payment, which I did and asked for bill. For that he was like "bill bill bill kya laga rakha hai". I left the hotel immediately. I would say other hotels have much better service and they know how to treat customers. I am paying and living in your hotel. No free of cost that I am treated this way.
