Worse experience ever!!! Never never experienced such behavior from any resorts..i had booked it but very same day i had to cancell it due to an emergency, but these poeple hanged me for a month for just 5000 rupees.i kept calling and they just had a reply that its in process they lied to me so much.... ill mention staff name who has such bad hotel management skills Dinesh who took my booking ..stopped responding me to my texts and never came on a call Pallavi she is a manager but good for nothing , very rude woman and irresponsible, doesn't know how to talk to customer Lastly kusuma Helped me get my refund through upi.. Thanks to her , But I would suggest never ever book with this resort they are very very irresponsible and they dont even help after calling 100 times...brutal experience with RAVISHING RETREAT. ❌️

Honest Review – Extremely Disappointing Experience We chose Ravishing Retreat to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and Valentine’s Day after seeing positive Google reviews and attractive photos online. Unfortunately, the actual experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, a new/inexperienced staff member showed us the rooms and even opened a guest’s occupied room without permission, which was very unprofessional. Despite this, we stayed hopeful that the overall experience would improve. We finalized a specific room at reception and were asked to go for the lunch buffet while the booking was processed. However, when we returned, the front desk staff insisted we had selected a completely different room — a smaller twin-bed room that we clearly did not want for our anniversary stay. When we requested the room we had chosen earlier, we were told it was already sold out. We felt misled and pressured into accepting a room we never agreed to. Rather than compromise our special occasion, we decided to leave. To make matters worse, we were still charged for the buffet despite the inconvenience and poor handling of the situation. We then had to drive again in the hot afternoo

There was no separate kids’ pool, yet they charged half the adult price for children, which felt unfair. |Please don't get mesmerized with the Google.reviews or pics on the website.... |There were no security guards or management staff available in the day outing area to assist guests, which made the experience even worse. We had explore the place on our own and make in numerous calls to the reception.|Most important.....The food was horrible, both during lunch and hi tea. The quality and taste were very poor. Nothing was hot and fresh. |Overall, the entire experience was disgusting and far below expectations. I would never recommend this resort to anyone.

I visited this resort for a weekend getaway with my friend's but unfortunately it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Most basic services were denied. The staff did not help us with even simple requests like delivering cake to room . Shockingly, drinking water was not provided even after requesting twice, which is unacceptable for any hospitality property. There was no transport facility available to pick up from bus stand. To make matters worse, no basic medicines were available when one of my friends suffered from a stomach upset after having lunch at the resort. For a place claiming to be a retreat, this lack of basic care and preparedness is extremely concerning. Overall, the service was poor, unresponsive, and far below expectations. We did not feel welcomed or cared for as guests. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or hassle-free stay. It’s a complete waste of money .

1.Resturant Hall is not managed well. Shortage of plates, spoons & bowls at live counters. 2.Taste is below average for all the food items served. Some of the items were uncooked and more salty. 3.Overpriced for mineral and soft drinks. 20 & 30rs MRP items are charged at 50 and 70rs. 4.No staff at the swimming pool. Vistors are doing their own things. Getting into pool with cotton dress and spitting water into the pool and washing theirs slippers and clothes at the corners. 5.There are no drinking water station at playing area and at other corners of the resort. There is only one at the restaurant hall. 6. Staffs are not professional at most of the places they are gossiping and making time pass and not addressing the visitors well. 7.Hi-tea & Snacks are worst. Shortage of glasses.Watery tea and coffee. Snacks are not tasty. No plain milk / Badam milk served for toddlers and elders. 8.Welcome drink is useless. Only lemon juice. No fruit juice and No other option.

The food (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian) was not good at all. The taste of the food served in the morning and afternoon was extremely poor. None of us were able to eat properly, and we all felt very disappointed and dissatisfied. We had made a booking for 21 members. Overall, I am totally dissatisfied with both the food quality and the service. The experience did not meet our expectations at all. Evening snacks was horrible

Only Location- Nature view can/is good, all other services are bad. Rooms - Not clean, smelly bathroom, spring mattress cot very old. Food - Always less, refill of any item takes 10-15 min, by this time u will leave the urge to eat. Few items never refilled. Food taste as well not good. No spoons, forks, plates, cups, water, service at its wrost. Bad reception or receiving, not worth the price, too hyped. This is the reson this place is taking all amount before check-in, because post money paid, customer cannot do anything, there is no manager who takes action.

We had very bad experience. The check in room was provided very late even after the promise that they will provide the room within 30 mins. The washrooms were too dirty. The food was served in plastic plates, which were very dirty. There lots insects and cockroaches. The quality of food and services were very poor compared to the premium price charged. Not at all worthy of the extremely high price for the property.

Our experience at Ravishing Retreat was very average and disappointing. The ambience is not good and does not match what is shown online. The food taste and quality were poor, and there were very limited non-veg options. In YouTube videos, they show items like tandoori, tikka, etc., but in reality those options are not available. Don’t believe YouTube influencers – the actual experience is very different. For activities, games like zip line are on one side, and you have to walk a long distance, which is very inconvenient. There is only one small swimming pool, and it was very crowded, making it difficult to enjoy. Overall, it is not worth the money and did not meet expectations at all.

Our stay was quite disappointing. At the time of check-in, the room key was not provided, and the AC remote battery was missing. We had to wait for more than an hour without any proper communication or follow-up from the staff. During this time, my entire family was left waiting in the dine-in area. When we asked for the welcome drink at the bar, the bartender behaved rudely and refused to serve it, stating that we were late. This was contradictory to what the reception staff had informed us that the welcome drink coupon could be used at any time when the bar was operational. The bartender’s attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally, despite informing the reception, toilet paper was not provided in the morning. Room service support was extremely limited due to a lack of staff, making basic requests difficult. Overall, the property is not worth the amount charged. The experience was below average and did not meet expectations. While the food quality was good and deserves a 4-star rating, the property itself rates only 3 out of 5. The resort has very less staffs and no proper buggie like transport facility within the resort. The rooms are worst, geysers,AC, TV none of it was working and also no power throughout our stay. And the food is not at all good,many varieties of food but none of it was eatable. We had breakfast lunch and dinner, all three meals was bad. Many of our stomach got upset the next day. Except the swimming pool which was good, none of the indoor games near restaurant have correct equipments. I don't recommend any one to visit this place.

Very pathetic service, it's a big scam . Though we have booked for lunch, hi team and dinner due to emergency we had to leave in the evening. We requested them to cancel the dinner and refund only the dinner charges but they did not oblige and was very rude with us . Anu Pallavi who is the manager from the sales team was so rude and was very arrogant. Worse food and they have not maintained cleanliness at all in the bathrooms, the pools are very dirty. Kindly do not waste your money investing here.

I had a very disappointing experience at Ravishing Retreat.||The food quality was extremely poor. The chicken biryani was nothing like biryani—it was more like a messy khichdi, lacking taste and proper preparation. Many dishes at the buffet were either empty or not refilled on time, which made the dining experience worse (as shown in the attached picture).||The swimming pool was also in a very bad condition—it was dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell, which made it unusable.||The staff behavior was unacceptable. From the moment we entered, the security guard spoke rudely. The reception manager was also impolite. The restaurant manager, Manish, did not listen to concerns and was not attentive at all.||Overall, the service and hygiene standards were far below expectations. Recently visited this place with four of my friends and stayed overnight in their Lily category room number 304, but we were very disappointed with the stay. The rooms were way too small compared to what was shown on the internet. The food was very bad, and the service was disappointing. The property was not well maintained, especially the activities area. There was no one to guide or help with the activities, and many of them were not in usable condition. Overall, the management was horrible for the price they are charging. On top of that, the crowd during the day outing was very unruly and lacked basic civic sense, which further spoiled the experience.
