“One of my friend was staying there. This building owner is very bad. He has bullet with 5333 number and blackmailing girl who stays there. First, he says I am good owner of this building then he does some physical torture to my friend. Don't go it is not secure.”

Fazil★★★★★Worst hostel ever , I am from Tamilnadu I booked rooms for a month bt not able stay there at one night ,Suffocation, bad odour, enormous cockroaches around the food vessels , I got leave next day itself not even had our single meal but they charge 800 for 8 hrs (single day ), Better dont prefer this hostel. There is no way for rate 0 star , that is the only reason I am giving a single star.. kindly don't. prefer

Mahammad Sohail★★★★★Avoid this PG - Major Issues Everywhere Stayed here for 4 months at Guru Pratham Gents PG near Sigma Tech Park. Rooms and bathrooms were never hygienic - no daily cleaning despite promises. Food quality was consistently poor, WiFi painfully slow (15-20 mins to download a video), frequent water shortages, and beds in bad shape. Worst part: They won't return your deposit! Say you need to notify 1 week before vacating, but then demand 20 days' notice. Zero refund - total rip-off. Be very careful!
