Ended up going here on Christmas day after seeing their reviews but it turned out to be a disappointment..They weren't well prepared for the traffic, people complaining all over about the lack of timely service . Order took a lot of time to arrive . Ordered lemon soda and the forgot to add lemon into it , just sugar syrup+ flattened soda not even salt . Absolutely pathetic

Extremely disappointing experience. Our food took an hour to arrive, and even then, the waiter forgot to bring cutlery. We had to wait another 30 minutes just to be able to eat. The food itself was average. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you’re hungry after a long drive and expecting a decent meal.

Great Food, but Hygiene and Music Choices Need Attention I recently visited Shiva hotel and found the food (tried both south & north thali) to be delicious and well-prepared. However, there were a few issues that need improvement. 1. A fly fell into my glass of buttermilk, which was concerning from a hygiene perspective. 2. Additionally, the prices are noticeably higher compared to similar restaurants in the area. 3. I would strongly recommend sticking to Kannada music exclusively, as it enhances the cultural vibe of the place, instead of playing Hindi songs. I hope the management can address these concerns, the restaurant could become a top choice for lunch.

This happened on Apr 9th 2024. It was not so crowded. I sat for more than 10 mins. All are busy in their own things and nobody bothered to come and take the order also. I went to Cashier and asked whether it is self service, he said please sit they will come. I just walked away and had breakfast in Kamat Ahar just another 15m in same highway. Really very bad service.

These guys give big time advertisement on highway.But quality is very poor. Morning food will be fresh but afternoon and evening you don't get fresh items . And it's dam costly now. Good is you get parking and toilets and clean.

Lousy customer focus, no humanity . my elderly mom in law wanted to use the restroom urgently, the restaurant's restroom was flooded with used sanitary pads, blood. The staff refused to let her use the other facility's washroom, asking her to wait for them to clean.
