Worst Experience Ever - Avoid at All Costs! This is by far the most pathetic excuse for a hotel I’ve ever encountered. Even after paying advance money, they had the audacity to say there were no rooms available when I arrived. What kind of shady business is this? No one took responsibility for their mistake, and their attitude was utterly careless and unprofessional. If you're traveling by flight or arriving late at night, stay away from this disaster of a hotel. Imagine being stranded with no place to go because of their incompetence! To top it all off, they flat-out refused to refund my money. It’s an absolute scam. Avoid this place unless you want to ruin your trip and lose your money.

Shivas gateway is better. Here we went as a family of 8 people to drop my nephew in airport. He’s ninth person. Before his long 24 hrs flight journey, he wanted a quick freshen up and go to airport. It’s not even 30 minutes between our checkin and we leave to airport for dropping him. But for that 30 minutes this hotel guys asked to pay for additional person, which is 4000.rs. We have booked here for 8 people and one person from our family can’t use just the washroom? Horrible money oriented guys!!! I have not seen this in even USA or Europe!

Very Unprofessional and Rude Reception Staff We had a confirmed booking for our room, but at the time of check-in, we were shocked to learn that our room had been allotted to someone else. Despite having a valid reservation, the staff failed to manage the booking properly. What was even more disappointing was the behavior of the reception staff. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they behaved rudely and used inappropriate language when questioned. This kind of attitude towards guests is completely unacceptable. Very poor customer service and highly unprofessional management. I would not recommend this place if you expect basic courtesy and proper booking handling.

Location is great. Rooms are also ok but the staff behaviour is very unprofessional. Pathetic room service. I won’t suggest this hotel for the family or for the corporates. Prices are higher and not worth it. There are many better options around the location.

In my experience this hotel has no good services. They don't even allow you to sit in the reception, because it's for only the guests of the hotel. No visitor can even sot for 1 sec also. They tell you to sit in the basement area where there are only 3 chairs and 2 aunties were standing the whole time but no one even gave them the chair... They were the parents of the students who came for interview of Air hotress in the hotel. If someone who is reading my comment in the hotel. I request you to provide at least few services to the visitors like a nice sitting place for the visitors. Thank you

The room service was pathetic and the receptionist didn’t bother to give the basic service The room phone was dead and didn’t get repaired inspite of informing several times. The room was not cleaned for 4 days after requesting for it. Literally the customers need’s to beg for service. Totally I would say worst experience and never recommend this hotel to my friends and family

I was staying this hotel on 21-22nd Jan 2026. I ordered the dinner in the night against confirmation of restaurant opened and then only I ordered at 11.30pm but food was not getting delivered even till 01.00am i was asking for that he replied " we forget to serve" this was very pathetic experience for us. and because of which guest have to spend whole night without dinner.

I am a crew member, and sometimes I have early morning flights or arrive late at the hotel. When we ask the hotel staff to serve breakfast in the room, they refuse. If you're a crew member, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. You may even have to explain yourself for simply asking for food in the room. The receptionist tends to show an unprofessional attitude when approached for assistance. My crew members and I had a really bad experience staying here. Only the housekeeping staff knows how to treat guests, while the dining and front desk teams need serious training in customer service.

I have stayed in this hotel twice, and here is my honest feedback. 1. The staff members are rude; they need to learn how to talk to guests. I dont see they know how to give hospitality 2. Mr. Vijay, who is the manager, should be a living example. But, unfortunately, he told me, "dont say for the sake of saying something."- have you heard any hotel staff say this to a customer? It happens here 3. I also see they dont care this feedback because I see so many google reviews that tell the real story, but no one taking action 4. I have stayed in this hotel twice, booked by one of my client for my stay. It was about a stay a month ago. A late review but a much needed one. I hope they address it 1. The receptionist doesn’t understand English is a big challenge. Almost even a simplest of communication isn’t going well. 2. I had been accompanied by my colleague during the stay. When my colleague was providing feedback about the delay and miscommunication happened Cz of the reception people, Mr.Vijay one of the manager is commenting that we are saying for the sake of saying. If the feedback isn’t taken seriously then, no point in telling anything. 3. Internet is very poor, despite many requests internet provided isn’t stable for more than 10 minutes 4. Even mobile internet isn’t working properly inside the premises 5. Food is average with less options in buffet.

All bed sheets sheets are dirty. Washrooms are slippery. Staff has a casual attitude and keep watching TV. Guard instead of being helpful behaves like he owns the hotel. Sofas are dirty. Electricity cuts keep on happening in thr hotel during which lift comes to a halt. Poor service noticed at reception, restaurant and room. Only because it is near to airport, kindly dont choose this hotel to stay
