Very disappointing experience with The Quorum Hotel (booked via Cleartrip) We booked The Quorum Hotel through Cleartrip.com, and nowhere was it mentioned that local IDs are not allowed. When we reached the hotel, we were informed of this restriction and were denied check-in. The reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, even though we requested politely and explained our situation. We had paid for an entire night, even though we only needed the room for about 4–5 hours, but they neither helped us with an alternative nor offered any support. It was a complete waste of time and money. Thankfully, Cleartrip support later confirmed that the local ID restriction wasn’t mentioned on their site and processed a refund for us. Overall, I would not recommend The Quorum Hotel — the staff lack basic courtesy and professionalism. Please double-check the hotel policies on Cleartrip before booking.

Room number 4015 & 4018. Date : 01-Mar. Service review specially for restaurant. i am currently in Hotel Restaurant. I had meal included in my package and they said it will be either buffet or unlimited set courses as pet their choice. They given me set courses menu . When i asked for some extra portions of desert (1scoop ice cream and 2 gulab jamun) being what was served. The waiter given a ridiculous reaction and brought the chef with him. They clearly said “ we serve this portion only and can’t serve any more “ where it was a unlimited portion as per agreement . I felt horrible disrespected .. This is not done . Management can u urgently check this and stop harrassing ur guest .

Small room 2.Damage taps in washroom shower not working 3.TV is there but channels are not coming have to see only blank screen 4.WiFi is there but not working 5.One more very very worst is no response from front desk even though more than 10 times request to attend to issues.

Staying in their so called premium room. Overall the hotel is not as clean or maintained to the level money they are charging. Having back ache. Hot water is not available in Washroom. Called 3 times already to give me hot water in ortho bottle but no one have arrived since last one hour. Pathetic in house keeping services. Even the security guys are not professional enough dont know how to talk to guests. Restaurant services are good though. Not worth the money probably you will pay!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend My experience at this hotel was nothing short of terrible. From the moment I checked in, it became clear that the hotel operates with unclear and poorly communicated policies. Important rules are either not mentioned at all or conveniently brought up only when it suits the management, leaving guests confused and frustrated. The receptionists are the most arrogant in the entire hotel. The so-called “hotel rules” are insane and completely illogical, making no sense from a guest’s perspective. Instead of ensuring comfort, these rules seem designed to inconvenience customers. The staff is shockingly dumb and arrogant, showing zero professionalism or courtesy. Simple questions were met with rude responses, eye-rolling, and an attitude that made it feel like guests were a burden rather than paying customers. To make matters worse, the manager was absolutely unsupportive. Rather than resolving issues, they chose to defend the staff’s behavior and dismiss genuine concerns, showing no accountability or customer care whatsoever. I stayed in the room on 6th Dec And the service in terms of Hotel is good and the breakfast options are really less and also the since my wife was down and she was uncomfortably we asked to the serve the Coffee on room which they denied although i have stayed in most good restaurant no one restaurant will be so arrogant to say No I felt that the restaurant has a very bad service.. Most of the south Indian dishes were testing sweet , Idly and dosa were also tasting sweet.. I am not happy with my stay .. The restaurant staff need to be groomed

Horrible hotel and horrible staff. We checked in at 2pm to this hotel and the AC in the room was not working and the same was informed to the concerned authority by 2:30, till 9pm, nothing was done and when asked again we were told they will change the room and even that had the same issue and when informed the manager he is saying it takes 30mins to cool and even after 1 hour there is no change in the cooling system. Horrible experience. We went to restaurant for lunch and the food served was cold and when informed they just heated the same and served again.

Lodges are for better then this hotel Must not stay Worst hotel which I never experienced in the past such bad amenities If I ask the minibar , they said as will get water bottle from restaurant as and when need 😂😂😂 No proper maintained. Rooms are completely damaged and no proper maintenance The price is too costly, Lodges are for better then this hotel

We took 3 rooms and stayed here for a transit night.. Linens had stains, key card did not work. when asked for spare key card staff said we cant provide. We asked to reactivate the key card, he told us"thats not my job" Useless staff behaviour. No support provided for baggage, nobody answers the call when you try to reach them . It was a nightmare staying at the hotel. To Top it up, Aircondition did not work in room no. 4008. When we asked them to chk, the hotel asked us to adjust for a night with the fan and gave us a Table fan... Hats off to the managment the way they run this hotel. I dont think they are fit to be in the hospitality industry

Room service was very bed, after 6 time complain no drinking water was provided.we have teken room at 3.00 pm cleaning was not done .after taking possasion room was cleaned at 3.30 pm.we have complain for drinking water from 3.30pm to 8.45 pm but they have not provided.

For the price we paid, we were disappointed with the hotel. For 4900+ reviews, one assumed the quality was good. We booked two rooms and I was disappointed with the quality of the rooms - it was poorly lit, poor floorings, old fittings, and by far the WORST beds I have ever slept in. The lobby and the walkway to the rooms have totally outdated carpets. The front desk was poorly managed. The only saving grace was the support teams - the restaurant folks were great, and the room cleaning staff were also very professional. Best avoided unless you find no other place to stay in.
