HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO COME THIS PG.👎👎👎 The PG owner and his wife are Soo much money minded people. During COVID this PG was closed for 2 years. This year they reopen the PG and called My friend and request to visit the PG with me for relocating. Me and my friend visited the PG and we clearly said that how much we can give per month and he agreed so we shifted our pg and during that time we only 4 members were there in that pg. May 2022 when the COVID situation was better and was getting well the other peoples started coming to the PG and suddenly they increased the PG amount and ask us to pay 3000 extra including pg rent per month. Once we disagree to pay such amount the PG owner and his wife started behaving rude to us and said us to vacate the room if we won't agree to pay extra 3k. So after all this things me and my friend suffer alot to search new pg.😥and finally we got new pg with good facilities: I am writing this review just to help and give clarification about the same. Please don't go to this PG to avoid inconvenience.

Hi guys!! Please think before you go to this pg. because once you join Woner might increase the pg rent soon after you stay for 2-3 month which they won’t explain you before, either you make agreement to stay with fixed pg rent or look for better pg.

I have been staying here for a year. I couldn't ask for a better PG owner then akka and Vishnu anna. They make sure the rooms are kept clean, the food is good, they don't intervene with your personal engagements and time. Apart from that the PGs location near the eateries and the bus stop makes it a really safe area for women plus accessible from food, eateries and hanging out perspective

Homely atmosphere and friendly owners The area where this PG is situated is very nice. You will get all daily needs, restuarants, other needs nearby and it's a safe and lively area to live in. The PG itself is clean and well maintained. Many facilities are there including fast WIFI, washing machines, common floor fridge, lift, Tv, geyser, generator. The caretaker is very nice and committed to solve problems if any. Overall, it's a nice place
