The owner is very greedy and he will not return your security deposit no matter what you do follow all the processes but still you won't get your money back, bathroom's are very small. The staff and the cook is amazing that's the only reason why the pg is running otherwise it will shut down in 2 months.

Unless you don't want your deposit back once you vacate, then go to this PG, rules change everytime when it is about money. Food was kind of okayish, but other amenities are not well maintained. And Most of the 5 star reviews are by those who are working in this PG, not even legit.

Please don't consider taking a room in this PG just because it is close to your office. The owner is such an arrogant, rude and greedy person. He changes rules whenever he wishes and has his own race biases. He made me vacate my room 3 days earlier than my end date and I had to vacate because he had my 12,000 rs deposit with him. It turned out that the room did not get occupied in the three days and it wouldn't have made a difference if I had taken it for those three days that fell in the starting of the month. He calls the PG renovated but all soap trays and knobs are so rusted that they pose a serious risk to health. Food in the PG is also bad, they just provide dry rotis, rice and some spicy beans curry on most days. You should be able to find better and cheaper PGs in green Glen layout/Deverabisanahalli/Marathahalli In case you'd like to read more stories about the owner, please lookup for "kings and queens pg in green Glen layout" in Google. That PG is also owned by the same person and has accurate reviews about him.

The third class pg ever, the owner is so bad, today is 2nd of the month and he won't even given me time till 5th of the month for the rent.. he is saying ki you have to pay it in the first of the month. And because of that I have to leave the pg in mid night. Worst ever pg experience.. suggesting everyone not to come here..

Decent rooms to live in but the owner of the PG is too rude and greedy. For any issues, you have to go and complain daily and if someday staff members are in mood then they will legitimately look into your problem otherwise they will just commit you for tomorrow. Food quality was too bad, especially Veg person can’t rely on PG food.
