This is by far the worst PG of Electronic City Phase 2. The caretaker will tell you about the room price to be ₹8k, when in reality it's the price for one bed and the total room cost (double sharing) turns out to be ₹16k. On top of that the food is inedible. It's not even cooked in the building but comes from some other facility and tastes very bland. All dishes taste the same. The pricing is unnecessarily high given the small size of the room and nearly absent services. Electricity charges are extra which can soar as much as ₹1000 per month. Their refund systum is also fraud- when we tried to vacate the property even after following all the procedures and serving the entire 1 month notice, they still gave us back only 50% of the security.

Worst pg u can find in electronic city. Worst maintenance, lift always not working. Water will stop anytime during the bath or toilet. If u ask the property manager about it they ask to tolerate it, other residents facing worse problems than this, u have no rights to complain. Stray dogs will give surprise to you anytime in pg corridor. Kitchen sink not available, plates washing water splash all over you.

Worst experience on first visit itself Electronic city phase 2 zolo stays It was very big and nice from outside But when we go in to see it is the worst place and that receptionist is very worst and showed zero interest in showing pg And room is very small and smelly no ventilation And 10,600 for each person in such stay is pure waste of money

Kindly do not come to this PG the Management is horrible and food is not good. They charge you hefty prices and give you very less services. Don’t trust the price on Zolo app as electricity bill is added separately along with GST, which will be around ₹800 per room which is unacceptable you will also be charged for water and food.

Stayed for 2 years because of personal problems. Worst management. They haven't returned my Food money. They charged me 2.5k but didn't provide food. They also charger 1900 for April and 1800 for May month as a Electricity bill. Which was almost 3 times what I used to get for single.room. these people will not return any of ur money. Moreover, they will charge u Prevlosure money, joining fees, documentation fees and random water bills, GST, and common charge, and random fixed charges. Total scam Some caretakers are friendly. Some of them often ask for money. Don't give it in any circumstances, u will not get it back.

Cleaning is good but food is very good I’m not eating everyday,left is not working after 7 days of repairing it will be close for 1 months,zolo is taking to much money from us it is to costly 2 sharing room they said 8500 after that they kr taking bill,gst and all it will be 10000 for 2 sharing room manager is taking food of another customer if we will say show us CCTV, they said it is not working, manager is only giving false complaint that you thief my gold ring drinking is not allowed, then also mostly all staff they are drinking very bad zolo i will not recommended to stay here😡

Extremely unmanaged ! Security Deposit they'll return half amount of it, facilities pathetic, non working lift got repaired after 1.5 months, think if you stay on 4th or 5th floor. Food is not on time sometimes. Worst ever experience

Poor maintenance. Lift is not working and water also not coming. Don't come anyone in zolo atlantis. Very old property and facing so many issues. The issues also not resolving past one week. Please don't come in zolo atlantis.Customer care also just acknowledge your words then not resolving the issues. Waste of money.😡

High for the price, the food is not good, cleaning is not done daily, simply not worth. But compared to nearly pgs its slightly better but definitely not value for mony if you don't spend much time in pg mean you cam select this or else go for somother.

Poor service, they asked me to book a room for couple of weeks in shared rooms as the single room is getting vacated after 15 days of my checkin date for the rate of 8k but now they ask 11k for the same stating they need to convert double sharing to single sharing which is not acceptable. I would have looked for some other pg if they would have confirmed it. Please be aware if u are planning to join this pg. Do not believe on fake promises or commitments.

Worst wifi, even beggar won't accept this food. Customer care people are harsh and no resolution for your problems. Waste of money better look for a room or some local PG at least they better at food and hygienic. Don't get stuck in their traps.

Very bad business, Took advance 500rs on app and asked to do all kyc process and promised to allot the room but at the day of shifting refused to alot the bed and had given to someone else for more money, dont trust zolo

Never ever opt for Zolo, they are bunch of greedy people who does not provide good facilities but will charge a lot, I have exited the PG after serving the notice period, they should refund the advance amount (4.3K), it's been 12 days, it's still saying processing refund, so it's been 42 days since Zolo knows I'm vacating, why can't they process it on time, opt for normal PG, so you can save money and you will have better stay and Don't make the mistake I made
