Worst ...very worst pg nearby bharatiya city(BCIT) and in the area of Thirumanahalli near to KNS college. The owner is very inhumane doesn't care about facilities or services but always cares about money. Ultimately you are the looser of money with no minimum facilities like good food, good WiFi, water problem and the owner is not at all reachable to the people staying as if like CM/PM he visits once in a while to PG and expects everyone to meet when he visits irrespective of our office timings. I have stayed in Bangalore before COVID near by manyata and i never got a chance to complaint about issues...that good facilities and owners are and there was justice to what we pay. But here we have to beg for minimum facilities instead of paying huge rents and maintenance.....and this is the expensive one in that whole area which is worthless and our hard earned money goes into vain... Please think twice before joining this PG and feel free to reach out to me for more details or info.

I had a comfortable stay at this PG. The place has a positive and homely vibe, and the location is very convenient with nearby shops, food outlets, and public transport. The rooms are decent for the price, though adding basic furniture like a table and chair would make them better. The food includes both North and South Indian options; taste has a noticeable South Indian touch. Cleanliness and security are well maintained. Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly option.

I have been staying since 1 month here The PG was good. It's walkable distance to BCIT. They have good facilities. They also provide lunch for people in the morning who want to take carriage to the office. Daily cleaning. So far the experience was good till now.
