“They keeping adding more costs on customers like water bill, gst, common electricity charges would be more than your personal room charges, most of the time the voltage in building is low and very frequent Power cut, water shortage and no proactive checks and it results in struggle in morning when you need to get ready for office.”

“One of worst PG, the toilet will not have ventilation, the ventilation will be the next person's toilet. Very unhygienic place to be.. They charged me 946 for EB which I have consumed just 64 units.. They charge GST all time without providing service. They customer support is very pathetic, they promise you and they will take back their words. Worst place be. Don't waste your money... I have paid 18k along with other charges for single occupancy without even lift, food and other basic amenities. I don't know how bangalore Govt providing license for such place. After reading this review, if u wish to stay there. U will think about me as this is true. Try good place rather staying here. Once you sign the agreement, they have clause of 30 days notice so it's a trap be careful before you join the Zolo Zenn.. Zero Star.”

Neha Singh★★★★★Very unsafe location, feels like jungle, its far from MTP, near by slum area. I don't recommend to north Indians. They charge unnecessary money. Better to find PG in front of Manyata tech park. Location is not safe. Coming from manyata to this location alone is very scary
