Pros: 1. Away from city (surrounding are really quite and calm) 2. In the middle of coffee plantation and forest (no disturbance) 3. Property is spacious (both inside n outside) 4. Road connectivity is good enough Cons: 1. No parking space inside the premises (impossible for car atleast) 2. Quite away from main city (Chikmagalur, 30kms), so you need to travel a lot to get things from there or better get stuff needed whenever you go that side 3. Water shortage was a big problem as the bathroom taps leak 4. No door locking mechanism inside bathrooms (quite irritable) 5. There's a possible security concern too as the servent living there stole our stuff, so just be cautious

We stayed here as family and the overall trip was memorable. The property is located within a coffee plantation and the atmosphere and ambience is simply amazing. Anyone looking for a stay away from the city closer to nature will definitely enjoy here. But there are areas where small improvements to the property can add a lot of value. This is a budget Homestay and the amenities they provide are limited and I personally found the ambience alone is worth the money spent. The house is actually located in a serene location with proper access road all the way till it's gate, the last few feet will be difficult for vehicles with low ground clearance. There are four bedrooms and a hall although only 3 actually had cot, fourth had beds laid on floor which was a bit disappointing. Two of the four bedrooms have attached bathrooms while two have to share one located outside although part of the same building. There is no associated kitchen but they do provide food on demand and the town is also nearby and there are options to get food delivered. There is a caretaker although he doesn't stay close to the property but is available on call. While the owners live nearby if any need be. With a bi

Good affordable stay. We booked for 2 days 10 people, it has a huge space with 4 bedrooms to accommodate enough guests. Private property no one will disturb, It was hygienic and owner was friendly, cooperative. Best recommendations for chilling and to enjoy nature peacefully.
