I booked this hotel on call they said on call it would be 750 for 1.5 day which was cheap and they said they would give small room so I adjusted but after 1 whole night they said it was for 1 day only and when we requested them to low cost due to small room they didn't even listen to us air conditions was not there tv was not working wifi was not there and bed had bed bugs due to which I got rashed at my back so they changed room after that but that room was even smaller owner manager was rude it's not pure veg it contain non-veg only maximum option are of non veg they told on call whole stay will be of 750 but room will be small now they are denying

I do not have to put anything extra as the previous reviews say it all. For the price, it is not worth it. The charging point was not working. Hence the TV was not operational. We were given a charging extension so we can charge our mobile phones. The electrician they said they will arrange has not reached even after 24 hours. The phone was not working. The bathroom flush was leaking and we had to flush at least 4 times to make our poop say good bye. The sheets were stained and had cigarette marks. The cupboards never got a brushing. The furniture was dusty. With the questions asked during check in, I doubt if the stay is family friendly. Never got hot water during morning. The door had a big hole in between the lock.

Very dirty rooms, staffs give no response and rude if you say any compliant. I went with my family for a trip to Mysore during Dasara festival and landed on this hotel by the tourist travels guy(Mohammed Shabaaz) where we booked cab. Be careful when travels people suggest any sort of hotel. They do it for benefit(commission) and make you stay this kind of worst hotels. This was my first and worst experience with my family at Mysore. For the nasty and no facility room we paid 3000 per night for single room. We got cheated. No AC, No bath towel, No Wifi, broken sockets, tube lights and fans rolled with spider web and the room handed over without cleaning blankets from lastly stayed people. Don’t step in here and make yourself frustrated in trip which you are being planning for relaxation.

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We booked three rooms, yet they only provided one cramped room with no space to walk or place our luggage. The room was filthy, and the washroom was untidy. Hot water was unavailable, the AC and TV didn’t work, and the promised “city view” was nothing but a view of nearby huts and small houses, with no ventilation. The rude and unhelpful staff only added to our frustration. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

This has to be the worst hotel in Mysuru, the staff were rude and didn't give the free wifi. He said there's no wifi but I can see it in the 'nearby wifi's' very well. As per the room price, we got a 4 people room which had two double beds. When we checked in, they didn't even clean the room and we had to wait several hours. I recommend not booking this hotel as there are many better hotels nearby for cheap prices.

I had worst experience from this residency.. I booked 2 rooms for 4 persons.. both two rooms 3 pin plug not working, all are damaged, in reception there a person with rude charector.. For other guests looking this hotel..nearby so many hotels are there.. please try another.. this is wrost hotel near st. Philomina church..
