Hi In initial stage, I took PG for three days and I only stayed for one day, but I had payed security deposited 2500Rs and three day charge for two people 2100Rs total 4600Rs. I payed But I only stayed one day I spoke with owner she told that one day payment will be deducted and we’ll return 3100Rs. I was okay with this After 7 days of reminding she put 2500Rs as final return amount. Tq divine cheater……

Pg is too hygienic and wonderfull , calm place no disturbance , owner also very cool person . Parking safety is good , lift mode of transport floor to floor , calm place .. and co working place is also available those who are working it will be peacefull place for them to work .

Even though my stay duration period was short there, It was very pleasant experience staying there, The atmosphere is Clean and Neat,(Cleaning will be done everyday)Food here is good compared to other PG's, Parking space available for vehicle, Lift(Elevator) facility is also available. The location of the PG is good which is slightly away from Main road traffic which makes the place peaceful for stay. I'd recommend Students as well as Working professionals to prefer this PG over any other PG's which are located nearby. Pro's - Everything is good Cons- Nothing for me.
