I have stayed here for 3 year. All of them giving 5 star is lie. Food is pathetic. Current owner is good. Water fine. Electricity fine. Washing machine bad. Space is just ok. They won't give you your deposit more than half. So keep it in mind before going. Cleanliness is okay. Support staff keep changing. Don't pay more than 10k for single room. Overall pretty average.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | The best home away from home! I’ve been staying here since April 2025, and honestly, I haven’t had a single reason to complain. If you’re looking for a place where you actually feel looked after, this is it. Why I love it here: The Food is Amazing: Easily the best PG food I’ve had. It’s delicious, hygienic, and the menu is actually good. Plus, Kondareddy posts the lunch and dinner menus on our WhatsApp group every single day, so you always know what’s cooking! Always Clean: The room quality is superb. They do daily brooming, and the washrooms/floors get a deep clean every other day (except Sundays). Zero Stress: We have 24/7 power backup and a lift that always works. Even in the middle of a hot summer, we never ran out of water. There’s also RO drinking water (hot and cold) and electric geysers in the bathrooms for 24/7 hot showers. A shoutout to the owner, Kondareddy: He’s honestly one of the kindest people I’ve met—treats us all like brothers. He doesn’t just wait for you to bring up a problem; he proactively checks in to make sure everything is okay. If anything does break, he’s on it immediately and usually has it fixed the same day.
