“First of all I stayed in this for 2 months. It's not demotioning The pg but honest review from honest guy.The rent for bed space was quite costly 8.5k for two sharing but the room & the bathroom was worst. The deposit amount was 3k .Food are average like sometimes you'll get hair with paneer curries and sambar resham. The owner is very rude and they don't even fix their furniture like window glasses are broken and bathroom basin are also not fixed . Fall on my legs then the owner said it's my fault then ask for money although it's not my fault. After month vacated the bed (pg). They promised to refund 2k from 3k of deposit amount but they don't refund. They are just scamming you. Manager comes to collect rent but once u complaint something about things not fixed they won't listen. Always try to fight with tenant. I would suggest first visit the pg then decide. Worst owner and pg I have ever seen in my life. I would not recommend this pg. The benefit is only Orion Mall was near”

“I stayed here for 4 months in a 2 sharing room with rent of 8k per month. It is totally not worth 8k especially because of horrible management. Main backlash is that they do not prepare food here they bring it from somewhere else. Dinner was main problem, they are supposed to bring it by 8pm but almost everyday we waited till 8:30,9.30 yet the manager has a ton of ego. There are dozens of rats and rooms that are beside 1522 are very noisy.. If we keep the windows open pigeons and rats give you lot of trouble. Food is OK but when will they bring food, that is the concerning part. Some Sundays they bring Dose or puri and serve only 2 per person if we want more they behave rudely... There are no strict rule as no smoking and no alcohol they are just for name sake the one who comes to serve himself is drunk sometimes. WiFi is good works 27/31 days Electricity too is continuous 28/31 days There is Bio-metrics hence security is good. But may cause problem if you have to receive deliveries in your absence. Water - You will face water issues atleast once a month.. One time there was no water for 1 and half day.. This was the menu Monday - > chitranna - - chapati-sambar rice Tuesday”
