Hamlet Stays Altair PG(PURE VEG) in HSR Layout Bangalore

Negative Points: 1. There are bed bugs and cockroaches infesting the room. 2. Despite informing the property manager one week prior to our arrival, the room (302) was not clean. 3. The toilet flush was not functioning properly, and it took 20 days to resolve the issue even after multiple complaints. 4. The poor service prompted us to give notice of moving out after only three days of arrival. 5. The TV cable connection is unavailable, but it can be used with a laptop or mobile device. 6. The room size is not spacious enough for two people, and considering the size and lack of space in the toilets, the price of ₹12k does not justify it. 7. There are no nearby parks. 8. The room lacks proper ventilation. Positive Points: 1. The area surrounding the PG is pleasant. 2. Most people residing here are from a tech background due to the proximity of the Hustle Hub Tech Park, resulting in a good network. 3. The food is satisfactory for North Indian individuals but may not be as suitable for South Indian preferences. 4. The electricity backup is reliable. 5. The Wi-Fi connection is strong.

Don’t Be Fooled. • Roaches in rooms? Management blames tenants. • Rodents everywhere? Food left out all night. • Laundry? Out of three washing machines, one’s just for show, and the other is always broken. • No water sometimes? Management blames tenants. • Generator? Useless decoration. • Complaints? Only caretakers listen—if they feel like it. • Management? Only good at collecting money. Pay on time? Still get fined because they won’t verify payments. Raise a complaint? Get a <15-day eviction notice. • Smoking & alcohol ? Hallways, stairs, and especially the kitchen—it’s a free-for-all.

It's just a OK PG. All the amenities are basic and only to show off. Staff is bias towards few old sitting tenant who are mostly smokers/drinkers. Also PG is so isolated situated in local area, only big building around it, no good restaurants near by or park to go with a creepy smell in surroundings. And later on they also told you to give good reviews for PG😂

NOT A PLACE FOR DESCENT PEOPLE. A big group of smokers/alcohol consumers have made it a disgusting place. They may cook non-veg food in the kitchen (although claiming it a pure-veg PG). No proper housekeeping. Food quality is average.

Veryyy nice place to stay, Property is too good for the price it offers, Just one slight issue of cockroaches because people leave food in their room unattended, otherwise too good, Hope they also do a Pest Control once or twice a month! Dileep bhaiya and Vinod cooks great finger licking food :D!!
