“Warning: please don't trust the positive reviews. They are all paid. Initially I too had thought the pg would be excellent looking at the positive reviews. But when I went there the reality shocked me. The owner doesn't even bother showing around the room. He's one of the greediest persons on earth. Apart from monthly rent he demands advance and maintenance fees. Despite looting that money I don't know what he uses that money for. The pg is still the same. The sharing rooms are very congested. Just one washroom for 8 people that live in one room and that too it's unclean. Can you imagine the situation? Please believe me, try for other pgs in banshankari. Don't go to this one.”

But the rest budget rooms are compact congested n have coming washroom, staff is good n helpful . If you have big group then opt for combined share ,otherwise don't choose this pg.
