“Rooms are not up to the standard. In the kitchen and bathroom water is not available all the time. Beds are full of bugs. Very poor management.”

“Very very rough behavior. They are getting unlimited patient, so they dont care about boarders. Even I saw them scolding boarders. I gave them advance money (because I stay in Bangalore) to book two rooms for my relatives. Noon time I called them to ask wheather they have booked the room. They forgot and said that they would see. Evening time they called me and confirmed the room. The worst rooms they kept for us. Very bad smell, bathrooms were very dirty. Now coming to check out. We check out at 12:00 pm. 5 days we stayed and they charged for 6 days. They started counting check-in from morning 6:00 am but rooms were confirmed at evening. So from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm they counted 1 day. When I told them they started arguing with me. If possible try to avoid Balaji guest house. There are so many other hotels much better than Balaji for the same or less cost.”

PRITAM ROY★★★★★The most unprofessional owner we have ever witnessed. He behaves like a Goon. With no generator back up and taps without water. Moreover the rooms stinks like a cave being occupied by bats. My recommendation for all Google users and travellers don't stepin that hotel else you will have to pay a 3 nights stay for 1 nights' nightmare.

Tanmoy Maji★★★★★Very bad experience... The rooms are not at all well maintained n clean.. And on top of that the behaviour of the owner n staff is very bad.. we stayed for less than two days but we were charged for 3 days.. I would never suggest this place to anyone .. there are lot of nice places to stay on Sparsh Hospital Road..
