This reflects poor management practices and a lack of basic courtesy toward tenants. Additionally, there are frequent and unwarranted visits to the room, during which tenants are asked to vacate without any clear reason. The restrictions are also quite unreasonable, as parents or friends are not allowed inside the PG, even in situations where the tenant may be unwell. Overall, these issues make the living experience uncomfortable and stressful.
