Very poor management. Owner and warden both are careless. Food is bad, washrooms are dirty, and there are no basic facilities. No windows, no ventilation, and no proper place to hang clothes. Waste of money.

Cons: - Insufficient room space, a very small almari, and inadequate ventilation have made the living environment uncomfortable. - no ventilation in washroom . - Food is too spicy and timings irregular. - No food on one full Sunday of the month. - Security uncle enters room without prior notice, raising concerns about privacy and security. -Water tank rarely cleaned - Restrictions on visitors, including family members - Cloth clips gets stolen all the time. - Per day charge is 1000/- regardless of the rent u pay. Even if ur paying 8k per month for 2 share, they don't divide the amount by 30. - Mostly all Pgs would allow to stay without food and they would cancel that amount but in this Pg, u have to pay the entire amount with or without food. Pros: - well maintained and neat. - 24/7 available WiFi - spacious terrace. - Lots of plant pots - common fridge, induction and kettle

I've stayed at this PG for a few months. And it was a wonderful experience. The PG is very safe for ladies (especially from other State), and the owner is extremely kind, caring, and understanding. She genuinely looks after everyone and makes sure we feel comfortable and supported. I felt at home during my stay there. Thank you Mam! The rooms are furnished with attached bathrooms and facilities like good food, free Wi-Fi, tv, fridge, induction stove, kettle, RO water and washing machines are all provided. Everything is well maintained and hygienic. I would highly recommend this PG to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and study-friendly stay.
