The management is not trustworthy, as they refused to return my security deposit even after I left the place properly and on time. Despite repeated requests and polite follow-ups, they kept delaying and finally avoided giving back the money. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of honesty and professionalism. The facilities provided are also not worth the price charged. I strongly suggest everyone to think twice before joining this PG. There are many better and more reliable options available where your money and respect will be valued.

I will try to cover all the points. Feel free to ask: Cons: 1) No power backup at all. You will be staying in dark and heat. [Power cut is very common in this area, it like twice a day] 2) Every room has a TV not working. It will work well for first month later on no channels 3) breakfast and dinner is good not the lunch. 4) no facility for chilled drinking water. 5) It's very troublesome to get security deposits back. He won't easily give it back. 6) bed bugs Pros: 1) near to silk board 2) nice and clean 3) food is quite good compare to other PG in area.

Worst Management not proper cleaning the rooms and more bed bugs in the rooms it is difficult to sleep at night. when ask the management there said we will spray the chemical in the room but after payment of monthly rents here is not response from management . They did not return my advance amount even after vacating. I tried calling multiple times but they don't attend the calls. The bed condition is very bad and also it has bed worms and often the Wi-Fi and hot water don’t work. Overall, the maintenance is not good . If you need your advance amount back, please do not join this PG. Totally not worth it.

Worst PG experience ever! Completely overpriced for the terrible facilities and service provided. The rooms are poorly maintained, hygiene is non-existent, and the management is unresponsive to complaints. Basic amenities like clean water, proper ventilation, and working Wi-Fi are either missing or barely functional. For the high rent they charge, you’d expect at least decent living conditions, but this place is nothing short of a nightmare. Definitely not worth the money—avoid at all costs!

Worst pg ever, no hygiene in foods cockroaches everywhere in dining area, Wi-Fi goes out of the service so many times, no cleaning in the pg rooms so many bed bugs are there while sleeping, And mainly please guys don’t trust there Pg Manager he have not given my returnable advanced also while leaving the pg and if we late to pay rent for 1-2 days only there manager are talk so badly… kindly request choose another pg 🙏

One of the worst experience. I stayed for few days and he collected rent similar to decent hotel. Not even pillow provided, room and bed was not clean. I made request multiple times to provide pillow and change bed he said yes but never changed till I leave. Only good thing is he given room in early morning when reached and food was decent.

Pros: Nothing Cons: a. Rent is very very costly even the advance. b. No Geysers so no hot water c. TV is available for every room but only two channels are subscribed. d. Food taste is not good. e. Timings for food at night time is from 7.30 to 10PM but by 9.30 food will be completed. After that the cook will not respond. f. Bed bugs g. Rooms will not be cleaned properly. h. No place to keep clothes for drying. I. PG incharge will be available only during the month start just to collect money. Remaining days no will respond to any issues J. Only one water filter for entire PG. To fill water in the bottle best time is before 7AM and after 11.30PM Final Suggestion is to stay away from this PG

Worst PG in the city. The owner is very rude and the staff never listens to any of your complaints about the room. If due to any emergency like sudden resignation from the company you work with and have to leave the city urgently then the owner will not return a single penny neither from the advance nor the remaining days of the months. Never even think of coming here!!!!!
