I have not stayed there but the management and people have no civic sense. Multiple times police had to come and stop unruly behaviour by the residents. Wed-Sun night they will be playing loud music and creating a big ruckus for the entire neighborhood. Some days they will be partying till 5 am with loud music and people cheering and singing. The management neither cares about the reputation of Zolo nor has any responsibility towards the nearby community. It's alright if young people want to party and have a good time...but do so without causing any harm or disturbance to the broader community.

Amazing environment and ppl but ruined by horrible upper management. Got charged 3 times the water bill and random BS charges like “agreement” charges. Dont expect any solution or proper response.

Horrible place, extremely untidy and infested with insects. There are no standards for room hand over. When i was given the keys to the room, it was not like in the pictures. One of the lights didnt work, the cupboards were not clean and full of dust. The room had lots of cockroaches. The common areas/utilities like kitchen, fridge are never cleaned. They stink are literally filled with cobwebs, cockroaches and other insects. No responses to complaint emails. Please avoid Zolos, they might have been good before, but now its all commercial and literally 0 customer service.

Forget your security deposit. Every month new charges will be added to take more money. No service like TV washing machine is functional half the time. Even drinking water is a issue. Better stay away from this place.

It's the worst pg in India. No response from staff to manager on how things work in pg. They charge you a heavy amount of rent and don't care about anything after that. *no food on time* *no clean environment*

I am resident of Zolo Inxs for quite sometime now, but since the past few months I have been raising tickets due to unsatisfactory services. But have not received any resolution to those. The irony is we have been receiving increased bills for the poor service. Even there is an increase in the rent + utility. There is no justification why it has been increased. All the services are taken out and services are not getting repaired. "Dont fall for their advertising and marketing trap. In reality they dont even care on the ticket which you have raised"

I stay in the neighborhood. These people are a nuisance. Seems like they're nocturnal beings, don't let the others sleep till the wee hours in the morning. They are a pain to our ears. Sleep and let sleep.

Zolo = infinite hidden charges Many charges would everytime come up on your bill mistakenly/in a hidden manner, which you end on paying if you dont check your invoice Everythings else is nice and maintained at zolo, but please ask about ALL extra charges I had some 3k deducted due to these (extra random + earlier unknown charges)
