As the name says, it's like a royal when you buy 2 sharing or one sharing, even 3 sharing also good but you'll get less privacy,reasonable price,good working amenities and facilities, food also good as for pg's. The maintenance is very appreciative, very clean and tidy rooms, even lockers and wardrobes also clean, im feeling relaxed here, very friendly staff⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
