“Only the location is the plus point of this place... Rooms r average. There s no room service. The food available there also is pathetic. Even Maggie serve in mayura hotel on the hil top is ruined. Don't know how someone can spoil Maggie.. the resturant closes at 9pm. Water sold on the hill also is a scam. They told plastic s banned so no bisleri water. .. but they r selling plastic bottle 500-700 ml filled from water cans for 50 rupees. It's the view, the climate that's sustaining this place”

“It was really sad that we had to stay in this beautiful property which is being spoilt and damaged due to mismanagement, negligience and lazy to the core attitude of the staff of the horticulture department at Nehru Nilaya, Nandi Hills.||We checked in and found that the suite was not cleaned, there were cigarette buds and trash lying under the bed, bedsheets were unclean, stinking toilets and dust all over the place. We requested the staff to tidy the place but none turned up until 1 hour. The so called room boy who was supposed to get us tea and snacks on order never turned up. We walked down to the restaurant and told the manager to get the room cleaned by the time we returned. By the time we came back, only the floor was mopped and they lied that they have changed the bedsheet. I had to go and shout at the staff to get the stinking bathroom cleaned. The dinner locally made and served was tasteless.||To our utter dismay, we were shocked the next day morning. We woke up early morning to go and see the sunrise from the hills. We stepped out of our so called suite into the huge long lobby where there are four sofas placed upon which once Lord Cubbon must have be seated and later m”

Everybody including the Special Officer are just too lazy to do any kind of work.||We were three and had booked a suite. ||I don't know when was the last time they even mopped the floor. The suite was dirty and dusty. The bathroom was pretty OK, relatively. ||||Though we were three, an extra bed was not given. We were three and only one towel was given, that too after asking. ||When asked for two more the concerned staff refused. ||||The guest house doesn't have a kitchen. The food is cooked in a near by small unhygienic hotel. ||||Local politicians and bureaucrats come there to party. I'm totally fine with them partying and dont have a problem until they create ruckus and disturb the guests. ||||Guessing I'm exaggerating, eh? Alright. Go see it for yourself. JK ;)||||I know nothing's going to change as the concerned authorities will not read this because they will be happy with less guests coming. Less guests means less work, correct?

ravi thomas★★★★★Not at all hygienic. Wet humid paintles walls. Smelly wet not cleaned coat and pillows. Wasn't able to sleep . Fungi infected bed, Curtain, furniture etc. No lights in toilet. No soap no towel no complimentary water bottle. 70% of the check in time electricity was out. Very badly maintained exteriors (not garden). Not comfortable because of broken window which have directly visibility from outside. Can keep a loat better since it's one of a kind place.

In the room had no volume whatsoever, guy said we'll send an engineer to check this, but nobody came. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Tim & Sophie Mésange-Didier★★★★★WORST INDIAN EXPERIENCE EVER. We were in the deluxe suite, but we are still looking for the luxe. NO ELECTRICITY : we spend the dinner and the night in black out since there was no electricity and the guest house doesn't have a power back up. Wakin up at 10 in the morning and no electricity either so we couldn't take a shower (no hot water). DIRTY: the room wasn't clean, trash in the bins, things under the bed, moisture on the wall. BAD BEDSHEET: very hard mastress. No sheet on the bed , only one scratchy blanquet . ZERO EQUIPMENT: only one towel for a room for two people. No drinking water available. Just one glass in the room (for drinking what?). Animals in the room : few squirrels running on the curtains. NOISY: very poor isolation, you can hear everything that happens in the corridor. We expected to spend the night in a quiet place, but there was a huge group of people there for a meeting who were noisy all night. THE PERSONNEL ISNT FRIENDLY, they hardly speak and understand English. And are uncapable to find something that you forget in the room. You have to leave the room at 12 but the guy will come at 11:50 to let you know that it's time to go ! It is clearly not a place th

I was visiting the place with my parents who are senior citizens. The rooms are very big and the ambience is excellent, but I was thoroughly disappointed as the room service was terrible.

smitha gowda★★★★★Horrible place to stay....we had booked a cottage at Nehru nilaya...to our utter dismay ....it is very poorly maintained place to stay with snail infestation and mushy smell...bathroom were very dirty...worst still bedspread,pillow covers that were never changed and they had provided used ones .whole night we had to sit on the couch unable sleep on the used bed spreads.. furniture were all broken...food was also horrible...it looked as though they had put chicken prices in veg gravy .inspite complaining several times,there was poor response from the staff...please don't book here and waste your money and spoil your mood...
