Worst PG experience ever. Extremely poor hygiene, bad maintenance, and zero concern for residents. Epic Nest PG is highly misleading. Actual living conditions are far worse than what is shown online. Food quality is very poor and repetitive. Not worth paying such high rent for this standard. Management is unresponsive and unprofessional. Complaints are usually ignored or delayed. Cleanliness is seriously lacking. Washrooms and common areas are not maintained properly. Rooms are cramped, poorly ventilated, and uncomfortable for long-term stay. Frequent issues with water and electricity make daily life stressful here. Security deposit refund process is unclear and unnecessarily complicated. Overpriced PG with facilities that do not justify the cost at all. Not suitable for students or working professionals looking for a peaceful stay. Very poor PG experience in Neeladri Nagar. Whenever there is a power cut, the WiFi completely shuts down and takes a long time to start again, which badly affects online classes and tests. Fans also stop working during power cuts, making rooms uncomfortable. Even lights and basic electricals take too much time to resume after power returns. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Hair and dirt are often left behind, showing lack of hygiene and supervision. Bathrooms are extremely small and uncomfortable to use. The owner is purely business-minded and shows no concern for students or their problems once rent is paid. Veg and non-veg food is sometimes mixed, which is unacceptable and shows poor food handling practices. Even in single sharing, a proper double bed is not provided, while many nearby PGs offer better facilities at similar prices. There is excessive noise and disturbance, making it difficult to study or rest peacefully. Overall, facilities do not justify the rent charged. Not recommended for students who depend on online classes or need a peaceful living environment.

Be Aware, not recommended to go here. The owner does not fulfill the promises made before joining. What is promised during enquiry is completely different from what is actually provided after you move in. Before joining, everything sounds good, but once the payment is done, the rules, facilities, and behavior suddenly change. This feels misleading and unprofessional. Facilities do not match the price at all. For the same price or even lower, there are many better PG options available in Neeladri Nagar and Electronic City with better food, cleanliness, and management. Overall management lacks transparency and accountability. Issues raised by students are not taken seriously. The environment is not peaceful, and the overall living experience is stressful rather than comfortable. Not worth the money being charged. Would strongly suggest checking other PGs in the same area before deciding.

Very bad PG experience. Even in emergency situations, the security deposit is not refunded. Management shows no empathy or support in critical situations. Food quality is poor and extremely spicy. Paneer is almost never provided, and many times only gravy is served without proper vegetables or items. Flush does not work properly at times, and washroom maintenance is very poor. Lift is unreliable and often not working. During power cuts, there is a serious safety concern as the lift can stop and people may get stuck for several minutes. Power cuts cause multiple problems. Lights, fans, and WiFi take a long time to resume, creating daily inconvenience. Many boys smoke inside the PG, and no strict action is taken. This makes the environment unhealthy and uncomfortable. This PG is not suitable for vegetarians. Food handling is careless and the overall environment is not peaceful. There is constant noise and disturbance, making it difficult to study or rest. The owner is rude, uncooperative, and does not listen to genuine issues. Only focused on business, not student well-being. Overall, very poorly managed PG. Not recommended for students or anyone looking for a safe, peaceful
