The sells person will tell you that rooms are available. But when you visit they will tell you someone else booked that room please book another room. And all other rooms are prety bad in that aspect. Just an old marketing techniques. Also you need to call the caretaker every time to take entey into the building. They wont provide the access card also for working professional.

This team is a gang of fraudsters. This seems to be a bit harsh, but the reality and experience with the team were so horrible and I have nothing good to tell them. I joined the PG with a clear statement that I will be vacating the place after 2 months. Though they knew the fact they stole 3 months of rent from my pocket. Other than this, they even deducted almost 30% of the deposit amount too before my exit. They always find a reason saying all these are system or software calculated and because of that they are helpless. So, please be mindful if you are planning to onboard there. I wish nobody should face this kind of bitter experience that I had with these kind of robbers.

Pros - 3 times food. More variety of food North+South Good for nearby college students Cons - - Food comes from different kitchen. So, they comes packaged and no effective way to give feedback. - Very far from main road (metro + bus stand). Still very noisy due to running vehicles with narrow road alongside. - Maintenance is very poor. (My expensive laptop charger got damaged due to electricity short ckt). Most of the facilities are already damaged which are shown for attracting residents. Cleaning service guy used to get replaced twice a week.
