“PG is good,well cleaned and maintained. Food is average. Worth Money. Wifi is poor . In 1 year increased rent 3 times. But the owner is very rude if we complain about anything and no action will be taken.He will show teeth only for money , I have stayed for a year and vacated last month 6th usually I pay rent 5th , not even a single day delayed rent last month I was short of 800 rupees .. I told him I have a short 800 I'll pay next he started scolding and using vulgar words and saying I am not running this for free bla bla. I told him I'll vacate he said advance can't be refunded I said okay and left day. Respect is must and trust also important atleast for long-term stayers His name is Suresh. Think about the situation of short stayers.”

MANJU M★★★★★I say cleaning and all good. But they increased the rent twice for 8 months. .If we complain about Wi-Fi or etc they don't agree and they say your mobile problem and every afternoon they turn off the lift service till evening. They are not turning on the generator if the power goes out. We found several insects, nails, cockroaches, covers and whatever. How they act is not good. He is very rude and that machine always sounds disturbed ..

MANOJ KUMAR★★★★★I unable to give ZERO star so I selected one start. Such a worst PG ever I have been. Completely money mind owner. He will not rectify any issue but when it comes to rent he is behaving like a begger. Food also not good if u see that kitchen u unable to eat that much unhygienic place. Here and there cockroaches will roam. While joining only he will speak politely after days he will not respond if u complaining anything. He said from deposit 3k he will return 2k but vacating time he make drama and he paid only 1k. He is expressing due to gas I can give this much only like that. Begger also will not bargain like this.
