*1/5 stars* I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this lodge. Despite having a decent location, the room was infested with bed bugs. It was unbearable and made my entire stay uncomfortable. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was shocking. I would not recommend this lodge to anyone until they address their pest control issues. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this lodge failed to meet it. *Suggestions for improvement:* - Regular pest control measures - Thorough room cleaning and inspection - Prompt response to guest complaints *Date of stay:* 09-09-2025 *Room type:* Double bed room 303 3rd floor.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Had worst experience of my life. Receptionist ASKED EXTRA MONEY during check out for no reason. He was saying things like “give at least few hundred bugs please”, and “Give whatever you feel like” 😁 I thought, what a nice way of begging or looting. RECEPTIONIST IS A COMEDY PIECE WHO LOOKS LIKE AN EXPERT IN IRRITATING PEOPLE. WORST EXPERIENCE.

Don't hold the staff or the accommodations in high regard. That snack isn't worth keeping for the evening. When I asked for a late check-out on the day I arrived, the receptionist angrily denied. They provide a certain type of serve. rude and illogical. I reserved two rooms, one of which had a stain on the mattress and the other had dust in it. improperly cared for. Don't plan to work with your family here, especially.

Stayed on 16th and 17th December with family. Rooms are in very pathetic condition. TV wasn't working, Electrical fittings are broken and live wires hanging. Toilet was extremely unhygienic. Toilet fittings have rusted beyond repair. Just one use will certainly an invitation for Urinery Track Infections. Male staff in the counter is very rude, but a lady Receptionist is bit polite but of no use in helping the guests. Very bad experience. Not at all recommended for families. For Rs. 200 more one can get extremely clean lodges in the vicinity and in Shimoga.

Very bad room ,basic facilities are not there- flush not working tv not working, not clean smelly room, cockroaches every where, night full mosquitos and important thing that after telling issues no proper response and not even sorry,very bad hotel,worst night.while coming back informed hotel people that we will add bad reviews in Google for that they said go and add seems we are like that only,we won't change reaction. Horrible hotel with horrible stinking rooms..the attitude of the person in the reception n the room boy is the worst.They don't know the meaning of Hospitality.The curtains,carpets are not washed from years.They give wet towels n when i asked them, they say its Malnad n because of rains the towels wont dry.We stayed in AC suit room n if that stinks so horribly then just imagine other rooms. I m sure even the rugs given are not washed. The screen diving the hall n room has lost its color totally.There is a lot of powercut n u hv to wait for 10 mins everytime to get light n ac working.W e stayed just for one night n i fell sick .I don't know if there are any authorities to check these kind of hotels.When i gave my feedback to the receptionist in the morning, he was so rude n spoke as if he doesn't care.Before taking this stinking horrible AC suite, when i checked the other rooms, i couldn't even stand there for a minute.As it was late in the night, we had no idea of other hotels, we had to stay here.The room boy expected us to lock the doors of the other rooms we had seen before this as its too much work for him.
