In this PG, they don’t serve food on time, and the PG manager has a lot of attitude and ego. He doesn’t return the deposit money, and instead, he abuses you and says straight up that he won’t give it back. No one should come to this PG.

I would have gone for 0 stars. The worst pg in the entire location. No proper hygiene. Literally you can see rats running over vegetables and eating them and they will use the same thing for cooking. The food is the next worst part that if you eat daily from there you will feel gastric problems daily. No proper hygiene in cooking. The cooks don't have any manners in cleanliness. You can get chappathi which includes stones in them. The next thing is the owner. One of the worst man there. He is a total waste who doesn't have any truth in his words. When i joined there he asked for an advance of 3000 and i paid that and he said if we inform 30 days prior to vacating he will return that. Also you will lose your belonging there and the owner won't care that. I have to vacate suddenly and i haven't informed him and i said i don't want the advance amount back. And then he started saying that i should give the next month's payment also and he is literally saying that is his rule and we should give the amount. Such a rude man. He don't have any manners and don't know how to talk to someone. If you are looking for a pg you can find some other near that as well there are almost 5 pg's ne

This PG has numerous issues: - The food quality is very poor, and there have been sightings of insects in it. Despite complaints, the caretaker does not take any action to improve it. - The bathroom has inconsistent water temperature, offering either very hot or very cold water. - The caretaker is unsupportive and often tries to assert dominance when given feedback. - He demands rent before the end of the month and may wake you up at odd hours to collect it. - On Sundays, the caretaker keeps the best pieces of chicken for himself and his friends, giving the leftovers to others. - Personal belongings, including plates and chocolates, are not safe and may get stolen. Additionally, you will not be allowed to view CCTV footage. - A one-month notice period is required, and if you leave early, you will be asked to pay for the next month's rent as well. - There is no power backup, so during electricity cuts, you may be without power for 1-2 hours. The caretaker is unhelpful in these situations. - Many of these issues are not communicated to you in advance. You can definitely find a better place to stay.

Attitude towards the customers is not satisfying, Especially about the rent and the food and when we ask about the thing the owner will start shouting ' if you can't adjust you can search for another PG. If you are from Kerala, its better to look out for another PG ഇല്ലെങ്കി പട്ടിണി കെടന്ന് ചാവും അത്രേം മോശം food ആണ്. The only green flags are the WiFi connection and the washing machine.
