Worst PG ever...after staying for more than 6 months here by my brother it was observed that the PG is not worth the rent paid.....No proper maintenance or cleaning of both rooms and toilets, even though monthly maintenance charges are being collected by the owner at the first day of month itself without fail........Even after multiple complaints no response or action from the owner in this regard.......Food served here is very bad as the same is being prepared by the owner itself and not by any seperate cooks....No privacy at all....The owner's behaviour can be very aggressively when complaints are raised and u will even be asked to vacate the room instantly even at the middle of the night without any warning....Overall, it was found that the PG facilities to be below expected standards..... There are lot of other PGs available near the location, so I advise people to check the same before getting yourself stuck here.....Actual experience was very different from the positive reviews saw online as this PG was selected after seeing all the good review... .these are the honest opinion after morethan 6 months of stay....

Well I was very eager to rent a room, which didn't go well, secondly the the rooms are monitored 24/7 confirmed by the so called owner, curfew at 10:30, sounds more like a hostel than a PG, whole time the so called owner judges you or either intimidates you with legal processes😂😂. Advertises other PG's rather than his own. That's all I have to say.

I stayed at this PG for several months and had an fantastic experience.🥰 The rooms are clean and well-maintained daily. Food quality is very good, hygienic, and tastes like home.🏠 Wi-Fi speed is reliable for work and calls.⚡ Owner is very friendly, helpful, and responsive to issues. Water and electricity backup are always available. The location is convenient with shops and transport nearby. Overall, a comfortable and trustworthy 🤍

Best PG in Kuvempunagar I'm staying 2 months I'm a student without maintenance Charges and no advance taking owner it's worth near my college everyday House keeper come to clean toilet and rooms every 15 days doing acid clean owner treat like a brother family Food South Indian owner only preparing but Kerala food North Indian Hyderabad food not available Sunday will get non veg in my experience PG some people's doing nuisance drinking alcohol coming inside the PG doing violence owner will taking action hotspot to vacate there is so many pg in Kuvempunagar in but not good there is staying with my friends long time and best experience I am personally recommend this is a best PG in Kuvempunagar with proof I’m giving simply cannot put feedback, I am experience this PG don’t send me wrong message

I had a very comfortable stay at this hostel. The rooms and common areas are hygienic and well maintained. The hostel has CCTV cameras, washing machine and individual locker facilities, which made the stay very safe and convenient. So it feels homely and secure.
