“Don’t get fooled by all these +ve reviews. I’ve lived in this PG for almost 3 months (December - February). Based on these 3 months, Here’s my honest and unfiltered review: ● Positives: 1. The Rooms are Spacious. 2. Lift is provided. ● Negatives: 1. Poor Food Quality: The food that is being served in this PG is the worst. I’d rather sleep empty stomach than eating here. The kitchen is very dirty, they barely wash any utensils and there are rats roaming in the kitchen. 2. Unsanitary/Unhygienic cooking staff: There’s no cooking staff as such, but there’s an old couple who are in fact relatives of the PG owner. They consume tobacco while cooking. They spit the Tobacco in the kitchen itself near the cleaning area. They eat tobacco and use the same hands for cooking. (I once found a Tobacco wrapper while serving myself dinner, I even showed it to the old couple but they casually removed the wrapper from the curry as if it was nothing). Majority of the time, the dinner that is being served in this PG is half cooked or raw. The food has no taste whatsoever. The Chapatis are half baked and the dal that is being served is the same every night. No variety in the Menu. 3. Poor Wi-Fi Sp”

Chirag Mittal★★★★★This is a very good pg to stay. All the facilities are available including unlimited wifi, attached bathroom, bed, cupboard, geyser and food is available for 3 times every day. The rooms are available for double sharing, triple sharing and 4 sharing. The food tastes good. For breakfast idli, dosa, paratha, puri etc are made. For lunch lemon rice and a subzi is made. For dinner Rice, roti, dal and sabzi is made. Everything is good enough to taste. The rent for a month is around 8000 for double sharing and extra maintenance charge of 2000 is taken out of which 1000 will be returned on the time of vacating the room

Wardrobes, gysers, plug points,washing machine everything is very well maintained and superb pg in btm area. Just go for it i suggest.
