I would not recommend this PG. The management is unprofessional and unresponsive to issues. food quality is unsatisfactory, and many standard amenities are missing. Worst PG I’ve stayed in. Only infrastructure is good, except that nothing is good.. he fully money minded.

Pros: * New building * Located on the main city we can get everything nearby * Management is somewhat flexible Cons: * Expensive * Disappointed with sudden hike with in 2 months that too more than 10% * Food is somewhat ok but there is no variety * Strict timing as there is no biometric attendance * Bike parking is not good there is very minimal place to park the bike. Every morning while going to office taking the bike is hectic task

This place is conveniently located right across from Gopalan Signature Mall and on the same street as RMZ. It’s a decent PG with neat and tidy rooms, and they do cleaning every other day, which is good. You can choose from rooms that accommodate one, two, three, or four people, all priced fairly based on your preference. The food is decent, though it could use a bit of improvement after a few days. I stayed here for two months and had to move because of my work schedule, but honestly, I didn’t encounter any issues during my time. The house owner is friendly, and his grandma is a sweet and caring lady! If you’re in the market for a comfortable room at a reasonable rent, this is definitely worth checking out!
