Ragavi N★★★★★The management of issues, ticket resolutions, and processes is extremely slow. Despite repeated follow-ups, I am still awaiting the refund of my deposit, with no response from anyone. Once payments are made, their after-sales support becomes completely unresponsive to concerns, including refunds. Additionally, the rent is excessively high for single occupancy, and the support provided by their team is practically non-existent.

Vidya Budihal★★★★★I have recently moved to FF21 LIT after seeing their instagram videos, Thought it would be nice. It is not worth the money. Food is unhygienic and smells very bad even I have seen them giving staled food. Many of us have faced the food poisoning here. There is no basic amenities like Washing machine and power backup. You get 2 laundry coupons in a month, which is worst. You have to keep wearing the same clothes or you have to spend extra amount to buy another laundry coupon. Basically you just pay for your stay here, no other benefits. You have to spend additional amount for laundry and food for sure.

They add unwarranted charges to your rent and you will be stuck paying for nonsense edit: Hi team, I am a tenant from FF21 LIT I have raised a 100 tickets regarding fake charges and fraudulent fines I have spoken to Salman, Manoj and Tom regarding this - who said this would be fixed. They have not responded and they keep adding “late fee” to fake charges. I am very harassed and tortured by all of this- my mental peace is greatly disturbed of the calls and constant demands to pay random amounts. Can anyone help me take legal action?

The rent is too expensive with a lot of hidden charges like wifi, laundry, bond fees, move out charges, late fee etc. Throughout my stay there were daily issues with wifi, shower and plumbing. The rate is too expensive and unjustified. Also, they will talk politely only before you make the payment after that they are very rude.

Top of that managment is very paththic they are not open to take feedback or complains from their customers . They act like goons or mafias as if they have monoploy in market. I can name here people from there management who behaves like this but feels scared that these mafias can harm me . So guys humble request don’t go over their after attracting by pictures and offers , all are marketing and sales technique to full their property again from tenants once they get money from you they act like : Jo hain asa hain we dont listen to complains or feedback so if you dont like leave this place. Exact wordings told by one of their founding members to my friend over raising services issues. So a big no any property of FF21 in bengalore . Biggest postive - Made friends for life from there except that nothing to cherish for a 12 month stay.

Guys seriously it's not a frustrated review, it's a serious concern, don't come to any FF21 Property if you are coming from another state or planning to stay here. I am still living in LIT property and probably vacating by this week. I don't even know what are they gonna do about the security deposit.

Aayush Makkar★★★★★Don't even think about it. This place is an absolute disaster due the absence of any sort of management. They promise you comfort but once you reach there, you won't get a singke thing they promised. Some concerns can be wasily sorted out if you have someone to talk to but here there are only caretakers present who won't have any answers to your queries and won't be able to do anything for you stating it's not in their hand. The management won't pick calls after you have paid in full and moved in. Totally not recommended.

When i initially checked into the property, i had paid two months rent as deposit upfront and one month rent along with it. The deal was to not collect rent from me for my 3 month stay there. But they signed me up for the eqaro rental agreement and used my deposit money to pay up the rental bond and never bothered to give back the deposit either. All of this happened without my knowledge. And they had the audacity to charge me rent for the second and third month too. My friend on the other hand had also paid two months rent as deposit along with the one month rent for 3 months stay. Due to personal reasons, she had to checkout within a month time. So she had raised a checkout request in their app. They realised that she was not in town and she is not coming back, so checked her out of the system without her consent. Didn't give the deposit back and replaced her with someone else in the room without any prior notice and made the replacement pay too. I was aware of the fraud that these guys were upto, yet i still checked into their property thinking i

Jyotika Agrawal★★★★★Quite lousy management, no one listens to the problems so you have obviously no solutions! 1.My washroom flush is not working since 2 weeks now. 2.Water supply can stop anytime here. 3. Laundry takes a week long to come and promised by the owner that they would expedite this laundry process to 3 days but there is no action at all infact the supervisor here says 5 days is the minimum time for it! Example of Miscommunication between the management. 4. Wifi sucks! If you consider working on their wifi.. you will find it easier to bang your head in the wall rather using the wifi! 5. Water quality is pathetic, i filled a bucket today coz u know water comes on its own will! The bucket had brown coloured water. Dont know what to do with that now! I understand that this is a new property but its been a month since we are raising issues. Just saying we will work on it doesnt help. Please realise that people here are living with these issues., rather you are making them live with these issues! Every day i wake up there is a new problem. I need my peace of mind. I didnt come here to raise tickets daily for flush not working, water supply, or wifi or what not. I request management to kindly f
