I stayed at this PG recently, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the basic facilities were just about manageable, the surroundings are in a very poor state. The area is littered with garbage, giving it an unhygienic and neglected feel. Honestly, it reminded me of slum-like conditions, similar to Dharavi, with cramped spaces and no proper waste management. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless cleanliness and surroundings aren’t a priority for you.

Not at all recommended, first of all, the PG is in a slum, The will be one or the other issues with your room. No proper water supply (I am facing this issue from the last 20 days), the electric appliances tend to breakdown. Please do not consider this PG at all if you don't want to waste your money, Go find something else.

Zolo is a big scam Please don't stay at zolo They charge 1000rs as booking fee while entry 500 rs legal charges 11000ra rent for double sharing Then 600 rs as electricity bill for 1 person per month. This is the worst thing I can't even imagine how can they charge so much if I don't stay in room for almost 10 hours in room in daytime. They 1000rs as exit processing fee and 2301 rs as deductions as part of maintenance fee. Food they provide is what makes me sad 😢 it is not upto mark,taste is worst. You cannot opt out of food.Even if you don't eat you will be charged for food. Better be aware of this pg please don't stay.

Do you love challenges? Can you make spidey moves on the walls? If yes, Zolo Jazz is appropriate for you. On rainy days you are going to face challenges daily as the sewage overflows, and you will have to make spidey moves on the walls to commute to your workplace. Zolo should plan their properties carefully. Not build it in places where sewage overflows. Selecting a cheap location for profit will make things hard for the customers If you are planning to move to Zolo Jazz, get your spidey suit on. If you miss a step you will have no option but to dispose your jeans. Few guys have already disposed their jeans here. Rooms are decent, I didn't try the food, but heard it's bad. The caretaker is friendly, and he has tried his best to help us. However, Zolo needs to carefully plan their properties or provide solutions when such things rise.

Stay here only if you’re left with no other options. I stayed there for 3 months. 1. Zolo charges GST even on exit charges and when asked for a tax invoice of the same, no response. 2. They promised some offers but did not provide that during notice period. When asked for the clause where it is mentioned that offer won’t be provided during notice period, no response. 3. Food is pathetic (most of the time you’ll order online) 4. Local people from nearby area sits in the parking at night to drink. 5. Locality is not good and it’s too much noisy in case you have work from home. 6. Building is too old that requires serious maintenance. 7. No lift in the premises. 8. Too much noise of kids in the premise from morning till evening. Some pros. 1. Single room is of decent size. 2. Cleaning is fine and takes place every alternate day. 3. Caretaker is helpful.

I stayed there for a month and would not recommend. Located in Ejipura (a clumsy locality) which is in between Indiranagar and Koramangala. Some of the reasons of my unpleasant stay: 1. The building is old and the rooms are small even for single occupancy. The locality is not clean as well. 2. The food (breakfast and dinner) is included in the rent but it's substandard both in terms of quality and taste. No one attends the food once opened. Also no utensils are provided. 3. Lift is not there. Food is served in the 3rd floor. So it's a problem when visiting the terrace or getting the food. 4. Only 2 washing machines are there for almost 20-24 people and those are kept in the terrace. 5. Rooms are cleaned once every 5 days contradictory to what they mention every alternate day. 6. The caretaker stays in a room in first floor with his family. It genuinely causes problem as you can't make work calls due to the noise the kids make. 7. Internet speed is okay, but at the end of the month the speed is reduced drastically as they don't purchase unlimited plans. 8. There is a biometric entrance but not active always.
