Very bad experience. I checked in hotel at 11.55 p.m. on 21st Dec, saying that I will vacate at next morning and full tariff paid in advance. While check out next morning they asked me to pay for one more day tariff statig entry is at mid night. When strongly objected they accepted for one day. But again charge for some snacks which are not orerd by me but silently kept in my room. Strange. In all that process I could not reach to my office in time. a

Absolute nightmare service. You cannot get through to reception or housekeeping from the room phone no matter how many times you call. Curiously, the restaurant picks up immediately, but the actual hotel staff provides zero support. It feels like they only care about taking your money for food, not actually hosting you. Avoid this place.

Although the accommodation was comfortable and clean, the support staff are extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming. Particularly, Ms. Sukanya’s behaviour was extremely unprofessional, she seems very close-minded to my requests and was unwilling to even listen. The restaurant was clean and the food was good, the staff inside the restaurant were polite and helpful. Mr. Mohammad, at the reception, was a polite and considerate person. Yet, they seem to be extremely strict with their policies and unwilling to compromise on anything.

Simply the waste of money. All bed Lenin , towels are of 10 years old. Dust bin if you see you will get vomit. Breakfast is ala carte. In this price / lesser price you will get good and neat hotels. I just came after seeing review. Kindly avoid. If you give any suggestions, They say they have their own rules and regulations . They can’t change. If interested customer can come . Clearly told they don’t want to improve. Whatever is there we have to eat.

I did not like the maintenance because bathroom matt was dirty. And in bathroom we found used towel. There was no basic toiletry kit. After reaching room we need to ask in particular and then we get. It should not be like this. After terrified travel people come to rest. They should have maintained before.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES. Very bad experience. Employees were very rude. They did not give toiletry kit and there are no shops around to get them. Bathrooms are stinking and the exhausts make a lot of noise. Complementary breakfast meni is limited in quantity. Stained soiled towels. Bath door floor mat is dirty. They were not ready to address any issues.

WOULD STRICTLY NOT RECOMMEND STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Not worth the place you pay for a stay in this hotels. Watch out for other hotels with better service. I travel to Shivamogga regularly and stayed in most of the hotels and this one is the worst I have ever stayed. Had a worst & unpleasant experience staying at this hotel which is unprofessionally managed. We had booked 2-rooms and both the rooms were untidy even though we checked-in lately. It's been 24-hours we have checked out and they have not provided the bill/invoice which was communicated that it would be sent via WhatsApp. The staff were rude, impolite and non-cooperative with the customers. No proper information was provided during check-in or check-out. The bathrooms were slippery, no toiletries available, very dim lighting in the rooms, dressing table lights not working and a host of other things not as per the hospitality standards you would find in other hotels. They have a bar at the top and there is lot of noise in the night and your good sleep is disturbed. Most of the in-mates/residents especially when occupied by bachelors tend to be a nuisance as the rooms are not sound proof and make a hell out of noise dis

It's was worst experience in this stay...they did not provide Towel, basic table in room .... everything need to ask them. Towel was stain, bedsheets was bit of stain...they kept the used Towel in bathroom. Need to ask each and everything. Didn't not give bill . .... so wrost ....

Do NOT visit restaurant here!! Everything here is priced really high!! Not worth the price at all!! Cocktails are served in little bigger than Tea glasses and charged ₹499+ 18%GST!! NO AC only cooler in this summer! Waste place to try.. better place I found for food is jewel rock which is very near!

The restaurant here is very poor at service, the waiters here misplace breakfast coupons, and get confused in serving,and the break fast coupon system is worst here in this hotel all have to be in group to get a breakfast coupon, it is like college hostel system, and one of the worst cliff embassy branch hotel, I didn't expect this from cliff.

It was good before but now the new manager who is managing pub at top floor is not good. Behaves like school principle. We requested him to reduce volume lil bit because whole pub was empty at that time. He asked us to move and sit at family restaurant. We ignored him and continued with our vibe. We ordered white sauce pasta and it was not fresh so i asked him to replace the order, he was like we serve pasta the same way and there will be no, correction or modification. His behaviour and talking skills are not matching vibe of that place.
