had a disappointing experience with Treebo Trend Hotel, which I booked for a stay in Mysore. The hotel was described as a budget-friendly option with basic amenities, but my stay was far from ideal. Here are the main issues I encountered: Advance payment: The hotel staff insisted on taking an advance payment, which I reluctantly agreed to. However, this was the first red flag, as it seemed they were trying to force customers to pay more than necessary. Shabby property: Upon arrival, I found the hotel property to be in a poor state, with worn-out furniture and dirty common areas. The breakfast provided was also of low quality. Unresponsive customer care: I tried contacting the hotel staff for assistance, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful. They did not address my concerns or offer any solutions to improve my stay. Refund request: After realizing the poor quality of the hotel, I requested a refund. However, the staff refused to refund my money, leaving me with a significant financial loss. In conclusion, my experience with Treebo Trend Hotel was extremely negative. I would advise potential customers to avoid this property due to its substandard quality and unresponsive customer

Worst hotel. I stayed with my family.The hotel has serious hygiene issues.No one wore masks nor they follow any safety precautions. Free Breakfast is a big joke. Worst breakfast given for namesake.Also they will never refill the dish if it's empty and they did not even refill bread. I waited for 25-30 mins .They are least concerned about it. please avoid this low grade hotel

- Wouldnt want to stay again. - Size of Deluxe Rooms is decent. - Service is pathetic. People are not helpful. - Dont have food at Hotel. - Have minimal/ no expectation from this place. - Had asked for an extra blanket. However, they didnt have the same available. Would not want to stay again.

Rooms are good , But Food is costly , if you order food from zomato or swiggy , they will not give plates , spoon or anything , service is ridiculous, Network issues so u won’t get calls in your room , Swiggy instamart don’t deliver at this location . U don’t get auto or cabs from this location . Only rooms are good and smoking is not allowed .

We stayed for 2 days. Although the reception and food were good, the overall experience was not very satisfying. The Rooms lack proper maintenance. Especially Bathroom. Roof of the Bathroom was not clean.Mirrors were not cleaned properly. And, Shared Bottles of Shampoo/Bodywash and Handwash were provided Guests.. for which I was very disappointed. Bed and other Chairs provided were okay. Since this is our second Treebo experience,

States for 2 nights recently & had a terrible time. The rooms are decent but there's absolutely no insulation. On one night there were a few other guests who were speaking & chatting outside their rooms till 1 a.m & we just couldn't sleep. Even after calling the reception they did nothing. You can literally hear every word!. Bathrooms need some upkeep & the AC system is wierd it works as per it's mood. This wasn't expected from a treebo hotel.

I had booked a stay for 1 night and due to an emergency, I requested the hotel people to move my booking by a day or the same day next week if that was appropriate for them but it was declined and this is bad. Sometimes customers have emergencies at home and i think considering this was a week day (Monday) booking the hotel staff could have accommodated it. Complete lack of empathy and customer service at its worst.

Rooms are decent. Staff is courteous. But the food quality is very bad at the restaurant. Got served food, rice from the refrigerator which was served cold. The waiter himself admitted that they use rice prepared before for rice items. Too much oily curries prepared. Most of us fell ill after eating the food. Not sure why a hotel advertises restaurant when they can't serve fresh food. Overall a bad experience due to the quality of the food.

Hotel has cancelled the booking without informing, very pathetic and non-professional hotel staff on reaching the property. Rather than sorting the issue and re-instating the booking, they asked my family to move out. This happens only when a hotel is praised by lot of people and degrade their services eventually. In the worst case scenario, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ridiculous service from Treebo I wanted 2 rooms (5 people - 4 adults and a kid 9 years old) for an overnight stay. I saw on their website that check in was at 12 pm and checkout at 1 pm. I had a clear request for a delayed checkout on one of the rooms (intention was to leave the luggage in one room and travel the city. Return to the room and freshen up and checkout) and I was sure if I made my room reservations via their website or app they wouldn’t entertain my request for delayed checkout I promptly called the customer care and put this request, their executive told me they’d charge me 50% if I extended my stay until 5pm. I told I’d checkout 1 room and retain one for luggage and freshening up (just a matter of 4 hours). The executive agreed to provide me this late checkout and helped me book the rooms (2), yesterday I called them back today, to confirm if my late checkout ask was being honoured, a new customer care executive spoke and said they can’t provide me late checkout. If you can’t respect a request be clear upfront else no one will trust you.

The rooms were okay. The bathrooms dont keep enough tissue rolls. Not too clean compared to other hotel rooms. They have complimentary breakfast mentioned in the hotel room which says eggs, fruits or fruit juices. But in the morning when i ask, one customer says they will prepare juice and give where the other says ‘no its chargeable’. So we then asked for a glass of milk for our kid and we got half a cup when asked for full they said its chargeable. So they dont have a complimentary breakfast for a kid if you go with them. Also, the eggs which they mentioned its a copy from some non veg hotel as they said we dont provide eggs as this is a veg restuarant. Can be accepted since its a veg restuarant. Still keep the menu right. The day we checked in, we ordered lunch which was schezwan fried rice. The masala was too bad and spicy. Also the rice was very dry. Our stomach got upset within 2 hours. They still have to work on getting right chefs and replace the manager who sits there in the restuarant if he is not the owner :-D

I booked a room for three people and they did not provide bed for third occupancy. And their response was very rude. They are saying that it is Treebo policy, they don't provide extra bed. They only provide mattress. When I asked where it was mentioned, they have no answer! They are just repeating one thing about treebo policy. When I called customer service, they told me that in photos there is no bed for third occupancy. Like how do I assume if they provide bed or not from photos? I really thought I booked a good hotel but staff and customer service is not good. Don't book your rooms here! Everything has to be asked. Even the basic amenity has to be begged! You can get much better hotel at Mysuru at lower price. They just look good in photos. Rooms have smokey smell when you enter for the first time! And never trust Treebo app. They will charge you way higher price than these rooms deserve

The front desk staff were very very cheat people. When asked for cab service, they said their own cab is not available. Further the staff made some cheating by keeping one auto outside. The auto claimed that he is hired by hotel staff and he gave very very huge price chart for any kind of trip. Further, he disallowed our other autos if we hire. The hotel staff on enquiry said that this auto wasn't theirs. Still the hotel manager/staff said they won't be able to provide paid shuttle/ taxi service. The hotel manager/staff are cheating both the hotel owner and the customer.

this was my second time stay in this hotel. last time it was good so we decided to choose this hotel again when we decided to visit mysore. but to my surprise it was pretty bad this time. we asked fr plate since we bought food from outside fr dinner. the reception simply refused n instead asked me to pay 10rs per plate for the use n throw one. same with bowl. they dont even give brush. not that i carry one. but this time service was pathetic be it behaviour of hotel staffs or be the breafast buffet. it seems the management has changed so it must be the probable reason. whatever the case may be. i am not happy wth the service n will never visit this hotel again while i am in mysore. lastly they dont even give soaps n all. they wl fill the soap dispenser in bathroom wth some cheap quality liquid soaps. so better to carry your own.
