Honest Review – Please Read Before Choosing This PG Don't fall for the sugar-coated words and friendly tone of the owner – it's all a facade. While the PG might look decent at first and the amenities may seem okay, the reality hits hard once you're inside. One of the biggest concerns I had was hygiene, especially in the kitchen – I personally found cockroaches crawling around, and even spotted them in the food. That’s completely unacceptable. Another serious issue is with the security deposit. While joining, they clearly said that the deposit would be returned if we inform them 15 days in advance. I informed them nearly 20 days in advance, yet they kept postponing the refund with excuses. Eventually, they stopped answering my calls and even blocked my number. This clearly shows a lack of professionalism and intent to avoid returning the money. Also, if it rains, be prepared for another nightmare. The lift won’t work, and you’ll find water seeping into the PG across every floor. It’s not just inconvenient – it’s unsafe and uncomfortable.
