It was a very bad experience staying here. Cleaning was not done properly, and hygiene standards were poor. Cockroaches and honeybees were frequently entering the room, which is unacceptable. Water frequently runs out and is not available in the bathroom, especially in the mornings. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed regularly. The food quality and taste were extremely poor. Overall, the stay did not meet basic living and hygiene standards.

If option to rate less than 1, I could have been opted for that. Such a waste of money by staying here, it's a nightmare trust me. Let me provide you some pointers to understand better : 1. You will wake up with no water 💦 and if you are lucky with water then you will not able to use it as ONLY hot water comes to the TAP. On raising concern, they say when plumber will come then we will show him. So, no bath 🚿 till you get a plumber to fix it. 2.Breakfast just for the sake of providing it. No taste, No quantity, No Quality. If you thing of having good sleep then forgot yourself breakfast, it will finish before people go for breakfast. 3.Most of the time Lift will not work, currently lift is not functioning for 1st Floor, so they ask to raise ticket which never be looked into. 4. Dinner hahaha a big joke. They have made it mandatory to take the food and provide sub standard and most of the time stale food. If you don't reach by 09:30 pm, get ready to sleep without food. 5. The staffs are arrogant and frequently misbehave if you raise any concern.They quickly refer you to raise the ticket even without hearing you. 6. 1. Rent is high and top of that electricity and water charges they add additionally. On questioning for high electricity charges they answered they divide whole building electricity consumption charges into tenant's so it's not fair as everybody has different usage. 2. Food is compulsory, you can't opt out and food quality and quantity both very poor. 3. Water availability is big issue which is not available 24*7. 4. Overall I suggest not to come here.

Location is okay. But there are some major issues. 1. It's a five floored building and lift doesn't work 90% of the time. So after a tiring day in office, you need to use stairs. 2. Big concern about food. If there are 20 members, the vendor will bring food for 15, which will actually suffice 12. So 40% of tenent will not have food or have just for name sake. And no one from zolo is ready to resolve this issue, raised by many. Even local PGs also will provide unlimited food.

My experience living here was extremely disturbing and unsafe. During my stay, I was physically molested by a worker associated with the property. I reported the incident to the management team expecting support and immediate action. Unfortunately, my complaint was not handled with the seriousness it deserved. The property manager, Rajamani, was dismissive and did not provide any meaningful help after the incident.Neither they did nor they even let me take legal actions Resident safety should be the top priority in any property, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place—especially for women or anyone concerned about safety.
