WOW. Good response from owner. I used to stay at this place occasionally when I used to visit to meet my brother and was unable to return due to night travelling. And the owner used to get paid for my stays. The drinking water facility is so good that even the water purifiers were equipped with micro fridge. This place is easily accessible. All facilities are available here. Perfect place. And YAH, we used to drink a lot at this place.I enjoyed a lot. Some times even the workers used to ask smoke from my friends. The owner is a good MAN.

Be cautious about owner.he will stoop to any level for security deposit and don’t expect it back.while joining they won’t say anything and while leaving they will have all the reasons and rules to hold your security deposit money at all costs.worst experience with owner.

Owner is arrogant. He won't listen to your complaint. He is also doing fraud by demanding rent payment in cash to avoid tax payment. He won't provide you with any rent receipt with PAN card. If asked receipt with PAN card, he would charge you extra 30%.
