Not a 4 Star hotel. The rooms were not clean for a booking that was done a month in advance. Had to call multiple times immediately after checking in to get the toilet cleaned. The showers don't work, buckets are smelly. For a 4 day stay only 1 litre of water is provided in day one. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are way more hotels around that are better.

Very poor experience. The rooms were extremely filthy, and the washrooms/toilets were not cleaned at all. The restaurant and hotel share the same parking area, so parking is almost impossible. The parking security staff was unhelpful and couldn’t guide properly, forcing us to park the car on the road. Not recommended—do not stay here.

The location was good but Parking was congested. Service was pathetic. Nobody cared. There was no bucket in the room, we requested to bring but was never brought for the entire duration of stay. Rooms were good but the upholstery were dirty and unwashed. More hauntingly, someone was trying to open our door ar 11 PM as some other guest was allocated the same room.

GM is always inaccessible. God knows what other businesses he runs.. all this at a very unreasonable high price. Pl don't stay..

This restaurant doesn't even merit a single star. This was my second visit here. The initial experience was agreeable, but this time the staff's behaviour was downright discourteous. I specifically came for lunch. On perusing the menu, I found it lacked variety. Additionally, my wife required the restroom. We decided to leave post glancing at the menu, but the staff accused us of coming solely to use the restroom. Had we intended to use the restroom only, we would've asked immediately. The staff's insulting attitude was unacceptable. I strongly advise against this eatery due to the staff's conduct and the limited menu choices. However, about 300 meters from here, there's Qaswa Hills. For planning lunch or dinner, I recommend visiting there. Their menu is excellent, and the staff is welcoming. Qaswa Hills deserves a 5/5 rating. Update: This is what I ate in Qaswa Hills

Buffet breakfast is pathetic. Hot water in bathroom 24 hours and clean bathrooms this is something good . Very close to all tourist places . Pillow covers and bed sheets not changed on day 1 which is very bad .
