Worst Biriyani, I've been tasted in a surabi restaurant, mandya. Tasteless, too much oil and not worth it. The cost for the food is too high. I will not visit this restaurant again. Felt like, it is better to eat tasty and hygiene food than order food in surabi, which made us feel not to eat non veg from these types of restaurants by paying more money. Hope they keep better cooks for better food.

We were happy with the visits these days, but we were completely disappointed with today’s visit and the quality of food. Need to improve to quality of service, and attention to customers was very poor. The captain was also not interested to take the feedback instead he was convincing us to pay bill and accept.

Disappointed. They call that as deluxe room 1. Room size is very small for the rates they charge 2. No discount for direct booking, which is illogical 3. Staff has no clue what they are doing, receptionist is useless she can't speak any language properly 4. Restaurant staff doesn't know what does service means, they simply keep food infront of you and walk away 5. Ah about breakfast, there is not breakfast here it's just a joke they make, no South Indian food in breakfast. 6. TV doesn't work DTH was not reacharged 7. AC was not cool enough 2500 is too high for the pathetic service they Provide, disappointed to the core Never again

One of the worst hotel and convention hall I have ever seen, people are arrogant and the person managing it so rigid. If there was anything less than one star this place definitely deserves it. Don't book anything from here unless you want to hear them increasing price for everything.

I am regular guest of this hotel. Today I got bitter experience. A tap of wash basin was about to break, and the handle was broken while operating it. The management have charged Rs 2000/- for damaged. Interestingly other guest have same problem and they charged same as done with me. They have started business to collect money by this way. Do not stay here because they have no value of guest. The fittings of the bathroom are very poor quality and they recovered from guest if it may damage. So not recommended to stay here in Surabhi hotel. The manager is very chip person, do not stay there.

Booked 4 rooms 1 month in advance to avoid last minute issues. When the guests arrived, only 2 were provided with lame excuses. It was embarrassing in front of our guests. Think before going here. Might find someone responsible hotels.

Worst experience. Hotel attracts with new well-lit look with chandeliers. Do not risk a visit. Bed clothes crumpled - reused? TV did not work; STB had to be changed. Wifi went off; power went off and exacerbated no-wifi situation. Very very very bad service. Served wrong dish. Order taken by one person, served by another - both disappeared. One over -worked waiter was nervously avoiding our table on seeing problems. Rice uncooked. The washroom was dirty with a blocked sink. At time of billing, the Operations Manager was unapologetic even while his juniors were accepting the mistakes. The fact is that staff were taking care of room service orders while we sat unattended in the restaurant and returned hungry to room at 10:30 pm. Dirty tables welcomed us at breakfast.

Very very bad service. While booking they will tell you everything is available, you will get to know many things are not available after reaching there. Room service is poor. They will not serve food in rooms even after booking a premium room. Staying there was a headache for me due to these.

Even one star is high for this hotel... And the worst hotel l have seen in my entire hotel .... The taste is worst... Not at all worth the money... They cheat u in front of u .... Coz when l ordered chicken biryani they gave a leg piece along with the rice which was stinking so much ... Forget abt the taste u cannot even sit taking such a bad stinky smell... When l ordered chicken fried rice it was such a cheat that they gave veg fried rice topping it with stinky egg n the chicken was just boiled without even applying any masala n not even did it contain salt.. It was stinking so bad .... the barbecue which ordered wasn't cooked well l almost ate the chicken which we bring it from poultry shop. The bill came upto 1.6k which is totally not worthy ... U feel so guilty that u pay 1.6k for eating stinky rotten food which is not even served to dogs... Pls don't even cross the gate of surabhi hotel instead u can go to donne biryani hotel situated beside it which X 10000 times greater than stinky surabhi... Worst experience... I have written this review so that u guys must not be betrayed of what u pay N no one should experience the same fate as mine after going to surabhi.

Me and my family visited the resturant for dinner, the service was pathetic, food was served without giving plates and spoons, thought the serving boys were new but later realized that manager himself was non professional, he expected us to call him and place an order and it was not his duty to walk up to the table and take our order, sounded very weird, me and my family had a very bad experience, I would never go to this resturant neither suggest any one to go.
