First of All Ratio. I got some friends who stay in the pg my Mallu sisters😛 They be telling me so many bad things about this pg. Was planning on joining next year but imma search some place else. They said the place is great but it’s the management that’s so annoying No personal space and apparently all the 5 star reviews are done by their manager who “allegedly” snatches their phone and writes the same Ai Generated Review🤣🤣🤣 Great Infrastructure and amenities but horrible management Do better. Ratio.

The services here are extremely disappointing. There is no proper ventilation, making the rooms unbearably hot. The bathrooms are unhygienic and constantly smell, and the exhaust system only makes it worse. The rooms are very small considering the high rent being charged. Despite repeated complaints, no action has been taken. It’s clear that management does not take residents’ concerns seriously. THE MANAGEMENT IS BADDDDDD. Good for nothing. No wonder why the pg was made in 2 months. They put no effort at all into this. I HATE THIS PLACE AND ITS SO BADDD. U can’t breathe at all. Whoever is planning to shift to this pg, pls don’t and save urself from this hell hole. They told it’s summer and they decided to give refreshments for just ONE DAY. There’s no privacy at all in this place and a man keeps walking here in the corridors. Then they say this is just girls pg??

After staying here for one year, I can confidently say do not go for the 3-sharing room without a window.The room is extremely small and feels suffocating all the time due to very poor ventilation. Summers are unbearable, and even in winters the room stays hot and uncomfortable. There is basically no proper airflow.The washroom exhaust in the 3-sharing rooms is also ineffective and does not help with airflow.Another issue is that the rent has been increased a lot, and honestly, it is not worth paying such a high amount for a cramped 3-sharing space with these conditions.They have provided a very small window in the 3-sharing room, but it is practically useless. It faces the backside where you only see pipes, and there is no proper airflow at all. In fact, instead of fresh air, bad smells come into the room because other exhaust outlets face the same side.Additionally, the management charges frequent fines for small issues, which can be frustrating. The study tables provided are also very small and not suitable for proper studying.Overall, after living here for a year, I would say this PG is overpriced and not suitable for 3-sharing, especially without a window.Everything else about

Lobby & sitting areas are beautiful and calming. Gaming area is a blast. Pool & gym are clean & useful. Daily housekeeping means I feel good all the time. Laundry/dry & iron facilities very helpful.
