An old couple is running the place. Their behavior will change as soon as they get the money. If you are staying for a small duration (1-3 months) and they know that you will anyway leave, their behavior is very bad. I will tell you my story. They asked me for security deposit (2 months), although I had to stay only for a month, and I stated this to them loud and clear before paying. They said that we need to keep some security in our hands. Since they were an old couple, I trusted them and paid the deposit. After a week of staying there, they said "we do not allow people to stay for a month and the min duration is two months, therefore, you will have to stay for two". I couldn't do anything, stayed for a month and half and then left. Owning a house in Sadashivnagar, you would assume that these guys would be elite and would have wisdom. But they are cheap! The old lady, must be in her 70s literally threatened me saying that DK Shivkumar is their neighbor and she won't hesitate to take his help in dealing with me. Never go there! I would give zero start if there was an option.

Worst pg i have ever seen in my life, full of bed bugs 🐞, irresponsible owners, no hygiene they don't clean rooms at all, food is below average, water facility is not good and no Wi-Fi.

let me discuss in detail about the Pg.. Rooms are good , I stayed in a 2 sharing room for 2 weeks. But there's no attached bathroom for the room I shared. One have to wait with a bucket outside bathroom for hot water. When it comes 2 food , mornings Tiffin is good. There's nothing 2 comment about it. Afternoon's they won't provide anything. Nights they provide chapathi and rice with sambar. 2 days a week there will be no chapathi. It's only rice and sambar. There'll not be rasam and buttermilk at all. No Tea Or Coffee Will Be Provided in the morning. There's no mineral water facility in the floor. If you wanna drink water , take a bottle and visit kitchen in the ground floor. There's one washing machine for the whole Pg but NO Problem as there will not be any rush. There will not be WI-FI in the Pg. If you ran out of your daily mobile data.. that's it. There's no TV facility in room. Coming to the cost, they'll charge 6000 for 2 sharing without any advance. I do not have info about single or 3 to 4 Sharing cost. Coming to the management, Owner Rajeev is a nice person. You can share your concerns about pg with him without hesitation. I'll add my receipt here so that you
