We stayed in this hotel for 1 night en-route Mysore and it was an awful experience. The room had a stuffy smell, bedsheets/blankets weren't clean, there was cockroach in the cupboard. :/|We had ordered one extra bed, the Housekeeping Fellow didn't even set the bed right. We had to do it ourself. Really bad experience. Not recommended!

Very bad service. They take minimum 15-20 min to check in or check out. Even after informing that I am checking out they have charged me an extra day as the time was three hours in excess. And the reason the give me was that the bill is already printed. There a number of better hotels with a lot better service.

Although room was kept neat, reception staff (second shift) who was attending me was not very welcoming, answers with attitude. No hot water for bath, only warm water was coming on a cold rainy day. No attached restaurant, so you have to use zomato/swiggy. Breakfast is complimentary, but charged 100 rupees was part of non ac room rental charge (1300 +100). For 100 you get 2 tatte idli and small vada which I find very costly when compared to options available in Bengaluru. For extra bed they are charging 500 way high compared to Bengaluru standards. Not recommended.

NO PROPER DOOR LOCKS. NO AC IN BEDROOM. PROVIDED AIR BLOWER AS ALTERNATEIVE AS AC FITTING IN DRAWING ROOM. VERY IMPORTANTLY NO SUFFICIENT PARKING. I STROGLY SUGGEST NOT TO CONSIDER THIS HOTEL FOR STAY FOR FAMILY. I HOPE IT MIGHT BE SUITABLE FOR ONLY POLITICAL MEETINGS AS THERE WILL BE NO FAMILY RELATED REQUIREENT FOR THEM. ALL THESE ISSUES FOR SUITE ROOM HAVING PREMIUM ROOM RENT. GOD KNOWS THE CONDITION OF OTHER SINGLE ROOM. DO NOT TRUST BY THE IMAGES POSTED FOR PARKING AND HOTEL INSIDE AND OUTSIDE BY THIS MANANGEMENT FOR TAKING A DECISION TO STAY HERE. VERY VERY VERY HORRBILE EXPERIENCE AM EXPERIENCING FIRST TIME IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I STRONGLY RECOMMAND NOT TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL.
